What are you putting in yours?

Do you try and do different each year or similar things?

I want to get things that will actually be used, I’m pretty sure they still have unused lip balms/body sprays etc. Then friends buy them toiletries for birthdays, we have so much!

Hit me with some ideas please!

Mine is 17. I have various choc items so far including Crunchie bites and chocolate sprouts/coins. I have got iphone headphones and some printer paper for her HP Sprocket thing. Pants and socks and gloves from Next. Mascara. And some body shop bits and bobs. Normally i do stationery stuff like pens and post it notes but she asked me to keep in minimal this year. I am tempted to just stick a satsuma in there

Weve bought nice Yankee candle plug ins before now. My teens are older and c sensible so do have an occasional candle (in a safe holder) but dd is at uni and isnt allowed them anyway.

Last year they both said they didnt want a stocking so the bits just got added to their pile.

We tend to do
smellies,
Christmas themed chocolates,
hot chocolate sachets (this year home bargains had a selection of branded christmassy ones that came with marshmallows in),
A starbucks voucher
Something cute like mini fairy lights
A tube of pringles
A bottle of J20 (or of fruity cider or a canned mojito now they are over 18)
And some cute socks.
And a toblerone as its traditional.

Just saying that Tk maxx is brilliant for stocking fillers for older teens. Lots of nice soap and beauty bits plus lovely chocolate things by the till

I’ve got little baking things from Lakeland (a shaped biscuit cutter, rainbow cupcake cases) They also have chocolate eggs that look quite cool you drop into milk to make hot choc
Personalised Coca Cola can (pm if want £5 off referral). I went for a Christmassy one with reindeer on
Sherbert dip dab thing from Tiger
Hair tie thing she really likes (curly plastic hair tie but can’t remember its name)

I think that’s all so going to find this thread useful , I already like someone’s idea of a book

I traditionally always do a book but only dd2 reads really! I need good non fiction for the other two - Milk And Vine was a massive hit and a little student cookbook

They are regulat bikini underpants, most definitely not thongs. As for condoms, I’d much rather 16+ were using condoms than having unprotected sex. Hormonal birth control never agreed with me; it’s best not to fool with Mother Nature.

That makes no sense.

Mother nature brings us things like cancer too, are we best not to have chemo? 😕

Where do you buy your crystals from please? Need to get some for teen niece but no idea where to start!

Among other bits I always used to put new socks and pants, extra special shampoo and conditioner (e.g. John Frieda for blonde/brunette) and usually a book, at least for the avid reader.

Nice shower gel
Lip balms

Nothing new to add, except personalised Nutella/Marmite labels - both firm favourites for Dc!

It's rather special isn't it? I'd keep mine for me, but DD would just swipe it!!

Stationary such as highlighters/gel pens, Costa Giftcard, favourite sweets/American candy, socks,tights, hair bands/clips, travel makeup brushes, notebook, eco metal straw

M&s have lovely packs of Christmas star biscuits and tea/coffee. You can also throw in some flavoured syrup to bulk out the stocking.

What sort of trendy soft drinks are good and where do you buy?
I’m also thinking of a small can of alcoholic drink for my over 18s!

A small battery pack and mini charging cable. As DD drains her phone very quickly!
