My 13 y o niece loves things like:

Instax camera
Glittery photo frames for instax prints
Hanging pegs with lights to display instax prints!
Waffle maker
Notebooks - and all sorts of stationery with letter writing kits, etc. (Djeco have some gorgeously designed stationery kits perfect for this age range)
Art pens and supplies, canvases for painting on, pens for painting glass/rocks etc., esp metallic ones
Hot choc spoons and bombes
Mug brownie kits
Bits of jewellery but mainly fun type things from Claire’s etc.
Bath bombs
Sweets
Anything with Studio Ghibli on, eg cushions for bedroom
Scrunchies
Glittery purses, bags etc.
Fluffy socks
Lip balms
Hair straighteners/curlers/tongs

My daughter turned 12 last month, she's asking for:
Lego
Books
Laptop
Clothes
Black boots
Trainers

I'm also looking at some pictures for her room, and a Frida Khalo puzzle, but if she just got Lego she'd be happy!

Looking at weighted blankets now where would be the best place to buy?

I second a Bakedin subscription if she loves cooking. Recipe cards and ingredients sent monthly (1, 3, 6 and 12 month choices) and I can confirm the results are delicious 😋

I’ll third a bakedin subscription, I’ve been a member for about 2 years now. If you order a gift subscription before 1st December and select dispatch wc 13th December you will receive the Christmas themed box as your first one so you have something to wrap up as a gift.

So pleased to read the recommendations for Baked In - I've bought a subscription for my 13 year old DD.

She's also getting concert tickets, an aldi velvetiser, lego and jewellery.

Bumping again for any new ideas 👍

My DD is really into baking. Last year she got a 6 month baked in subscription. It was such a success we are getting her one again this year. It was really a gift that keeps on giving. And we all got to enjoy the results.
Apart from that I am getting her a velvetiser and escape room voucher, a sketchbook and anything with Pusheen on.
