If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

Update on my WHSmith order. Lego Chamber of secrets for £87.74 (RRP 129.99)

It was dispatched on 20/10/21 but never showed up.

I emailed them yesterday.

Got a reply today saying it must have gone missing in transit, so they had issued a refund, and that if I wanted to reorder they would refund the difference in cost if more expensive.

Had a refund email from PayPal almost immediately.

So I reordered for a higher price (as the codes are no longer stacking) and replied to the email with my new order number. Had a reply within 15 minutes confirming the refund so I am only paying the original low price.

Excellent customer service there.

My 1st Years currently have 20% off £35 spend with code SAVE20 or 25% off £75 spend with code SAVE25. They do lovely baby/toddler gifts and can personalise too for no extra cost. Excellent quality products.

Helssjbells · 29/10/2021 15:34

Thank you for this, but when I put it in, it says it’s expired Confused

PiePieChickenPie · 29/10/2021 15:40

M&S kids pyjamas 2 for £15 (on £10 sets) some really lovely designs - plus colourful fun ones that actually continue past the age of 12 (in fact all the way to age 15-16!) instead of all of the boring grey/black or beige/khaki disappointments.

Hark for ‘tis surely a Christmas miracle!

PinkJam · 29/10/2021 15:46

@PiePieChickenPie Thank you! Really good offer on the pyjamas.

NoWordForFluffy · 29/10/2021 16:13

I've just bought pyjamas too! Plus some of the 3 for 2 kids' clothes.

sleepinglionsroar · 29/10/2021 16:16

Sorry I've missed half this thread due to half term fun, but I just clicked an offer on the front page of my Amazon and got £5 discount, the Lego voucher from last week was still working so made my Lego set half price.. win win.

Oh and I signed up for a prime trial as needed to send some gifts, will cancel before the end of the 30 days. I've done a trial before, a few years back, so great that can be repeated for free delivery.

Do John Lewis ever have any codes ?

sleepinglionsroar · 29/10/2021 16:17

Also would love matching Christmas PJ suggestions for DD & DS please?

Elphaba17 · 29/10/2021 16:17

IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts Thank you so much for doing that, that's really helpful. I think the age 10 should fit fine then, could be tempted to keep the bigger sizes anyway for her to grow into though as the jumpers look absolutely lovely.

I think the student discount codes are time limited. If you PM me when you want to order I'll try and get it to you quickly?
IggyAce · 29/10/2021 16:24

Been RL shopping to home bargains and B&M, both my local stores had the Christmas Eve hamper boxes in I didn’t notice the price of the home bargains one but B&Ms was £5 and I preferred it to the home bargains one.
Anyone doing a hamper, Home Bargains have Galaxy & Malteaser hot chocolate packs that contain 2 sticks of hot chocolate and mini marshmallows for 99p.

IggyAce · 29/10/2021 16:29

10% off Joe & Seph’s Christmas range including the advent calendar. Valid for 48 hours use code EARLYBIRD10

Oneborneverydecade · 29/10/2021 16:33

@polkadotpjs

Can anyone tell me the code for 20% off neom at ASOS please?
Everything was up to 70% off at ASOS on Wednesday. My mum ordered me the diffuser with 20% off then. Knowing ASOS they'll run a similar discount before too long so hopefully just keep an eye out
Ruralretreating · 29/10/2021 16:35

@bigarse1 and @NoWordForFluffy and others eating dairy/gluten free: These are the Sainsbury’s free from cake bars. I’ve only seen them in our local store, the next town’s branch didn’t have them. They are very tasty.

@Elphaba17 ☺️ no problem! Glad we got our orders in when we did - I think the prices are going up in response to Mumsnetter purchasing!
Greenhand · 29/10/2021 16:46

Where can I buy fleece PJs from? Cheap and cheerful - Primark but I am online only shopping. Adult sizes as my teens are tall

bigarse1 · 29/10/2021 16:48

@Oneborneverydecade thanks. Gutted I missed out there!

DockOTheBay · 29/10/2021 16:55

What sort of age are Squishmallows popular with? Aldi have a really cute cinnamon bun one but not sure if its too young for niece 11 (nearly 12, year 7)

xmasturkey · 29/10/2021 17:02

@DockOTheBay My dd9 likes them very much and plays with them. Ds11 year7 likes them and has them on his bed.

DockOTheBay · 29/10/2021 17:04

Thanks!
