It’s worth checking the WHSmiths site before getting the Lego with the vouchers from Amazon.

I bought the What If Lego set from WHSmiths, and with the two codes it went down to £20.24 - on Amazon with a voucher the cost is £24.

I think the other marvel set (76190) would be similar.

With the WH Smith's codes I got the Christmas pig for around £7.50, playmobil advent calendar for £10, a glitter slime set for around £5.50 and a that's not my unicorn book and soft toy gift set for around £5.50.

For anyone buying for someone literary there’s a lovely poster on offer today at Bookishly

If you enter earlybirddeals at the checkout it should take 30% off. That takes it to £7 for a lovely poster of female writers delivered.

Minionbums · 25/10/2021 13:10

I’ve ordered gangster granny 2 - a huge bargain - and journal 29 which was recommended on a previous thread. Then in order 2 I’ve ordered some Neil gaiman books - mainly graphic novels, which are a good £2 each cheaper than Amazon. But I got an illustrated copy of Neverwhere for about £2 which I can’t wait for! I’m considering the Hogsmeade Village Lego set if the codes are still around on payday.

Crapbags · 25/10/2021 13:10

Could anyone re post the WHSmith voucher codes please? I did try them last night and they didn’t work but thought I might try again today but now I can’t find them🥴

PeppaPigOinkOinkOink · 25/10/2021 13:17

Asda have a promotion on (it may only be certain stores) if you download their app Asda Rewards and scan it on your first shop over £20 you get £5 back. If you spend £20 x 4 in the next 23 days, they add a further £5. There's also other promotions to add money to your pot, and you can spend it all in one go on whatever you wish.

PeppaPigOinkOinkOink · 25/10/2021 13:20

Just to add to my previous post, you can split your shopping and use it multiple times in the same shop. I had £45 worth of shopping, but split it into 2 transactions. To earn more 2 lots of cash.

Tesco have 15% off Adidas gift cards.

Ruralretreating · 25/10/2021 13:41

@1stTimeMama I’m so glad you saw the Christmas cot bedding comment, I couldn’t find the post but knew someone was looking for it!

JanuaryEl5ieBill · 25/10/2021 13:48

Also caved and looked at the WHSmiths website this morning. Ordered a few cotton twists craft kits as token gifts, sticker and colouring books, general craft resources we need anyway. Best bargain (I hope!) was the Melissa and doug astronaut dress up outfit which was £15

1stTimeMama · 25/10/2021 13:53

@Fallagain postage is free over £20, so I'm not being to pay it as I seem to spending a fortune with each order. I've also got the M&D latches board in my basket too.

Monkey2222 · 25/10/2021 14:02

Anyone seen white company discount code? They occasionally have 20% off which wound be amazing. Thanks all

Crapbags · 25/10/2021 14:22

Thanks so much @5Minions2CallMyOwn
Just managed to get them to work!

layby · 25/10/2021 14:30

@sorryiasked Thanks for the Adidas gift card idea. I am putting an order in couple of days time.

Is there anybody who could pm me a Adidas 35% off code, please?

psuedocream3 · 25/10/2021 14:38

@1stTimeMama If you are talking about the whsmiths codes, the codes also give free delivery on any basket amount, it can be under £20

RainbowPhilosophy · 25/10/2021 14:44

@psuedocream3 they don't give me free delivery, although the discounts do stack. I still have to order over £20 for free delivery.

Minionbums · 25/10/2021 14:48

@RainbowPhilosophy mine said that but it didn’t charge me when I completed my order

Maharajah20 · 25/10/2021 14:59

@Fallagain

Does anyone want to share what they have being buying from WHsmiths?
Complete Apple tree farm collection, Paris Fury new book, 2 John Grisham books, Stranger Things jigsaw and book, Pinch of Nom, Peppa Pig Christmas book, Richard Osman new book, pencil sharpener, Jamie Oliver 5, Dune trilogy! 5 separate orders. Most of it has arrived but Three of the books haven’t been released yet. Had some real bargains! Very happy.

As an aside the Richard Osman book would make a great gift for a difficult to buy for older person. Very easy reading, bite sized chapters and a gentle story and entertaining. One book was released last year and a new one just recently.

g1c2d3 · 25/10/2021 15:08

@psuedocream3, thank you.

Christmasmcchristmasface · 25/10/2021 15:22

Hollister

There are some great bits in the sale which is 60% off today there is an additional 20% off auto applied to the shopping bag and if you are a blue light card holder you can get a code for an additional 10% off on top!

Just got my boys 3 T-shirt’s a shirt and a hoodie for £18

clpsmum · 25/10/2021 15:30

@psuedocream3 brilliant news! They are so hard to get I'm glad you managed to get one x

Oneborneverydecade · 25/10/2021 15:36

@PinkDaydreams

Regarding WHSmith, just be wary as I also couldn't get the SAVE5 to stack with the two other codes, it automatically removed a code then added the SAVE5 so made the order more expensive. Double check what codes you've got and have a play to get the lowest price.
Agree. This happened to me too

I bought a couple of sticker books, the new Richard Osman, Artemis Fowl graphic novel, a couple of Usborne books and the Usborne book advent calendar

Thanks for the bath bomb idea

My Oh Deer delivery arrived today. The 342 socks are great quality - the pencil socks will be a great teachers gift

Fuckingfuckssake · 25/10/2021 15:37
