Just saw a nice wee boots offer on hot uk deals. £10 of points if you buy 2 clarins items, that includes the Xmas baubles at £10 each. I’ve got student discount bringing it down to £18 for me and I seem to have a bonus on which gives me £11 something back in points too Which made it even better. But even without that effectively £5 each isnt bad.

I can't remember which thread it was on but someone asked for recommendations for non stick pans. Scoville never stick are AMAZING and the Scoville Neverstick 5 Piece Cookware & Pan Set is down to £35 from £65 at Asda

All the giant Aldi soft toys are available online now. Free delivery over £30. Bought the sloth last year and it’s still a fave….

IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts · 24/10/2021 18:11

@StopGoQuitStart

Can’t remember who but I’m sure someone was asking about giant elephant soft toy - Aldi has theirs out on Oct 31st. The also have lots of wooden toys - really extensive amount like small animal sets, a hospital trolley, pizza oven, loads and loads of food (sushi cakes donuts fruit washing/cleaning etc etc), a rocket and loads of other things. Def worth a look for those in need of that kind of thing. Sadly I think my youngest at 5 is getting too old for some of it now and we have a lot of the wooden food etc from past years. I was just impressed by the range this year so hope that helps someone. Out Oct 31st.
The giant elephant/sloth/bunny are available now online - at £12.99 they can go pretty quickly!

Does the non stick coating on the Scoville baking trays flake or peel off? I hate ending up with bits of it on my food! Have yet to find decent baking trays that don’t cost a fortune, but these are a good price

Justhereforthechristmasthreads · 24/10/2021 18:35

If any one is after art supplies, Castle Art have some lovely sets on offer

sittingonacornflake · 24/10/2021 18:36

@Coldilox not experienced this so far and they are genuinely really bloody good.

Puffalicious · 24/10/2021 18:36

Just been to Aldi for a food shop. Pretty niche but may be helpful for teens. Usbourne Illustrated Encyclopedia of Physics now 99p (were £2.99 still.a bargain). The ticket said Chemistry/ Maths/ Thesaurus also available but they had none. I'll check if other stores have the Chemistry as would be useful for DS2 14.

The physics one looks like GCSE/ National 5 level.

RJnomore1 thank you for the **Clarins at boots heads up, you can also use a code to reduce a spending £20 by £2.50! Code MA25QM

IsThisIt2021 · 24/10/2021 19:17

@WhereIsThisGoing Thank you, used the WHSmith codes to get the Toniebox & 2 of the ‘character’ things. Fantastic price!

Tonies Grin

Ordered the grey sloth, thank you for the heads up

Waterlemon · 24/10/2021 19:36

@thaegumathteth

Haven't used them *@onedayatatime73* but saw this earlier
I’ve used them - I found a deal on groupon, subscribeD and got first box for £8.

Teenage niece loved it - was a fruity box. I then cancelled the subscription with no problems.

RJnomore1 · 24/10/2021 19:38

@Getoutofbed25 I’m tempted to go get more now!

MydeamonsanOstrich · 24/10/2021 19:51

Just placed my second WHS order. Paid using PayPal and have had confirmation from PayPal but nothing yet from WHS. I'd buy more if the website weren't so terrible!

There was lots ld chat on earlier threads about the little people big dreams books. There's a 50 story compendium on WHS £22.40. Works out at less than £20 with the discount codes.** And many of the individual stories are listed twice with different prices, cheaper price was £5.39 per book; the food counts make these really reasonable too. Also some fab 'little leaders' titles in the same range and some journals/ sticker and activity books etc.

@onedayatatime73

Any suggestions of where to buy make at home bubble tea?
We tried the bubble tea last year and had the halloween pack. It was nicely done and enjoyed but wasn't something we'd want every month

These look great and a real bargain. Thank you for posting.
Scout2016 · 24/10/2021 21:03

@MydeamonsanOstrich I have found there is a delay too Mydeamon. I have been imagining someone sat there with a calculator, muttering and cursing us as they try to sort out the different codes and work out all the new prices.

I agree the website is terrible. Browse for too long and they empty your basket too. But I got Melissa and Doug magic set and Robert Sabuda wizard of Oz for £43 so not complaining.

Elphaba17 · 24/10/2021 21:11

Just ordered 2 of these clarins baubles after seeing an offer on HUKD. You get 1000 boots points when you buy 2 clarins products and there is a code for £2.50 off a £20 spend MA25QM

They also have this bauble in the offer.

I also had an offer on my advantage card for 150 points on a £15 spend so ended up spending £17.50 and getting the 2 baubles and £11.58 back in points. Very happy as I have wanted to try this primer for a while now.

Midnightshopping · 24/10/2021 21:32

another GAP code if useful for someone WBY9-6ZXO-VFI2-6IS7 this is on top of todays 40% off on the website needs to be used by end of today.

Methenyouplus4 · 24/10/2021 21:32

A toy/ children's clothes shop I hadn't heard of called Trotters has the Srunch range of buckets/ spades/ sand shapes/ watering cans really reduced, some better than half price.

Really pleased as they were on my list anyway.

Someaddedsugar · 24/10/2021 21:33

Apologies as this is more of a chat plea than a bargain - does anyone have any ideas re a bargain secret Santa gift for DSIL. She’s early 40s, has 3 kids and rarely gets 5 mins to herself. Doesn’t have time for reading etc so don’t want to get a book or magazine subscription which were my first thoughts. Likes a bath rather than shower which might be gift inspo? Budget is £10.

MissCherryCakeyBun · 24/10/2021 21:41

@Someaddedsugar there are some Clarins baubles just a few comments down would they work?

@Onesmallstep67 Ad someone who owns an etsy shop. I make and promote my own codes. Don't think I'd be very happy if etsy suddenly gave a discount of my items 🙈
I have to run my own codes if I do a sale etc.
