Does anybody know if I spend £30 at John Lewis for free click and collect but return one of the items, will I then be refunded minus a deliver to store fee? Hate paying deliver to store fees but can't make my basket total up for things I actually want!

@IDontDrinkTea

Someone asked before about aldi train sets, looks like they’re hoping it’ll be online tomorrow
Thank you for this!

Finally succumbed to the WH Smith codes. My goodness - what a saving!

Someaddedsugar · 24/10/2021 10:55

@Minionbums I've definitely gone OTT Blush but as DS can't have dairy he gets the same Easter egg off the great grandparents, grandparents, us and his aunties so this year I thought no egg from us and he can have one of those, and I'll give the other to DM and DF as they usually give him an egg and a book. Hopefully it'll break things up a bit Grin

Extra 20% off at House of Disaster with code EXTOUT20

I think this site was quite popular last year especially for quirky lights like the TRex string lights.

Christmascaker · 24/10/2021 10:56

25% off Boden today code J6U8
Just been sent a referral for £20 off too so will put that on the referral thread

WellThatsATurnipForTheBooks · 24/10/2021 10:57

Oops meant to do a link House of Disaster outlet

Christmascaker · 24/10/2021 11:00

Can’t find the referral thread…is there one?!

ChiaraMontague · 24/10/2021 11:04

@Puffinhead I buy a lot on Etsy and have always used favourites primarily to save things for later, but have noticed recently that a number of sellers are sending a discount code after I favourite an item (I think you can do something similar on eBay, sending a Best Offer to everyone watching the item but you don’t know specifically who these people are)
So as a buyer, I would say I don’t expect a discount code but as it’s more common I make sure to favourite things on the off chance I get sent one

RainbowPhilosophy · 24/10/2021 11:21

A few things up to half price at Argos

Argos sale

@Midnightshopping if you enjoy sewing then maybe you could also make a case to hold stationery and fill with nice gel pens, notebook, stickers etc. or a simple pencil roll if you need something quicker to make. pencil roll instructions

Anyone know if Clinique do any offers or black friday deals?

Haveyoubrushedyourteeth · 24/10/2021 11:47

2.4kg boxes of Celebrations down to £13.49 on Amazon today. I think last year we paid 12£ but the above was close enough for me to order. Now to just ensure don't cave and eat them!

IsThisIt2021 · 24/10/2021 11:47

I don’t suppose anyone knows of the best place to get Toniebox / starter set on offer do they? Looks ideal for 4 year DS. Thank you

WisestIsShe · 24/10/2021 11:59

@WayneBruce Clinique definitely did black Friday offers last year because I bought DH half price men's skincare set.

WayneBruce · 24/10/2021 12:04

Thank you, I'll hold out for that. That's exactly what I am after!

Autumnleaves4 · 24/10/2021 12:05

@IggyAce I’d love the gap voucher thank you.

MsMiaWallace · 24/10/2021 12:08

Anyone know of a not on the high street discount please?

PunkAssMoFo · 24/10/2021 12:09

For those who were looking for festive books, there are some beautiful ones at The Christmas Imaginarium. They also have lots of other beautiful/ traditional decorations (although quite a bit seems to be sold out already)

torthecatlady · 24/10/2021 12:11

I went to John Lewis yesterday and they have their Christmas shop open!

IggyAce · 24/10/2021 12:19

@Autumnleaves4 the codes on the photo, hopefully no one else has used it.

Haveyoubrushedyourteeth · 24/10/2021 12:23

@waynebruce just seen this which may or may not be helpful.

Autumnleaves4 · 24/10/2021 12:23

@IggyAce I’m afraid
I can’t get the code to work, do you think it might be linked to your account or has anyone else already used the gap code?

Iggy do you know what other offer was on it could be linked with, the website says free shipping on orders over £35 but nothing else.

Autumnleaves4 · 24/10/2021 12:27

Oh it’s says the gap voucher has already been used Shock . Does anyone else have a gap voucher? I have everything in my basket ready to check out, a bit mean to take a voucher without saying! Angry

17caterpillars1mouse · 24/10/2021 12:30

For the person looking for coffee, I've just seen in my good food magazine a company called oldspikeroastery.co.uk based in London who give 65% of their profits to support the homeless.
