@Notlongnow1, I thought I had finally managed to check out with my bargains from WHSmith, but after reading your message I’m not so sure. I’ve had an email thanking me for my order but it says I’ll receive confirmation email “shortly.”

What finally worked for me
1 Start with an empty basket and not signed in.
2 The first thing you add to your basket is not one of the clearance items.
3 Add everything else you want.
4 Go to checkout. Do not remove the full-price item but be prepared to return it.
Optional step - add the code 956004
5 Check out as a guest. I had the items delivered to store, but that might not be necessary, and used a new email address
6 Although it caused me minor emotional pain I did not check the “do not contact me with advertising messages” box
7 Check out with a credit card, not PayPal as it is linked to my original email address
8 Feel surprised that it finally seems to have worked.

Was it worth all this effort? Possibly.

@Number109 Scoville trays are brilliant, they are truly non stick and excellent quality. Look for them in Asda or Argos.

@Number109 We've got the Stellar James Martin ones - the large ones are £15ish on amazon. They're the best trays we've ever had. Go in the dishwasher and haven't rusted at all.

I ordered yesterday from Creality. It's a strange website, doesn't really look genuine but after a lot of googling research I'm pretty sure its ok. There is an alternative site which isn't genuine and I'm still a bit concerned but I've done it now.
I'm annoyed as I didn't change the checkout details from USA to UK so was charged a bit more due to the exchange rate paying in pounds but have emailed them about it.
Just in case anyone else is thinking of ordering from there. Check everything.
