If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

@bizzey if you scroll down the listing you can get them Amazon prime if you're looking at the Toffee kits

Twonka · 15/10/2021 20:46

Lots of posts for garden lovers
Few ideas that I’ve got for my folks over the last couple of years
Fiscar secateurs
Garden scissors
Plant pot feet - I got some lovely hedgehog ones last year for around &20
Bird feeders - I get unusual ones like a bench feeder or a pine cone
Garden ornaments - support your local garden centre
Bee hotels
Bee bombs
Wildlife camera (I got a victure one from Amazon)
Kneeling pad
My kids will also choose a packet of seeds for Grampy and grandad every year ☺️

Hopefully a few ideas for you all 🥰

bizzey · 15/10/2021 20:46

@RJnomore1
Thank you for thinking of me .
I have bought the 3kg from Amazon for him to try .
He hates hugs ...so I don't really know why he want a blanket that feels like a hug !
So we shall see .!

bizzey · 15/10/2021 20:47

I am sure I will find use for it .

QVCismyJam · 15/10/2021 20:57

Thanks for the link for museum selection sale @MissCherryCakeyBun found some fab stuff for hard to please friends and relatives. Especially a lovely challenging jigsaw that I know my MIL will love reduced to £4.99 and £12.99 on Amazon and elsewhere as I'd spotted it before on my present hunt- so Im thrilled to find it on there reduced- thxs Smile

I got a voucher code for 15% off (I know not mega bargain but every bit helps to offset the postage etc) I used MSAN1 in the promotion code box if that can help anyone else.

Gustavo1 · 15/10/2021 21:03

@theclockticksslowly naked marshmallow s’mores kits are lovely!
We were given one last year and I have my eye out for a good deal this year 🤞🏻

AnotherOne4 · 15/10/2021 21:06

XMAS814 should work on Hotel Choclat.
£5.00 off a £30.00 spend
£10.00 off a £50.00 spend
£20.00 off a £80.00 spend

Would mean £20.00 off The Velvetiser.

bizzey · 15/10/2021 21:16

I so wish I did not look at that museum link 🤭

NoWordForFluffy · 15/10/2021 21:18

@bizzey, it does say that under 18s can't join in the promotion. I suppose, being generous, that could mean buying the ticket to get the £25. However, it's worded in a very woolly way!

RJnomore1 · 15/10/2021 21:22

Rum photo! Completely forgot sorry

@NoWordForFluffy
I definitely think it means buying the lotto ticket and claiming the voucher.
Legoland is included as one of the participants !

IggyAce · 15/10/2021 21:29

Exploding Kittens is down to £11.95 not as cheap as the other day (£10.95) but still a good deal if you missed it.

Yes, well, that may be so, but the wording is woolly (I'm a solicitor; clear meaning is important)!

NigelSlatersXmasTaters · 15/10/2021 21:33

@Athlebad I think they're 5x5cm

But if you order all 9 for the same recipient you could leave them all connected and that would be a nice gift. They're good but I prefer the coasters from last year!

IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts · 15/10/2021 21:35

Thanks for the Museum Selection suggestion @MissCherryCakeyBun, and an extra thanks to @QVCismyJam for the code MSAN1 for an extra 15% off - lovely stuff at brilliant prices!

Puffalicious · 15/10/2021 21:40

Loving the posts still.

Warning: ordered 2 hooded blankets from the ONS Onlinehomestore. Charged for 2 but only one in the package! I've emailed buy no reply as yet. I am not amused as it's my word against theirs. Not such a bargain if I'm paying double for one!!

Quite sad really about RL shops. I'm in a quandary. Saw a puzzle in Waterstone's and a book in museum shop which I was interested in. Both lovely but a touch pricey. I googled and can purchase one for half price and the other for 25% less online free postage.

I'm caught between thinking of the savings and thinking of supporting RL shops, particularly as both are British and have good reputations as good, ethical employers. It's hard!

Picklesbaby · 15/10/2021 21:48

I’ve decided on something moon and me for ds .Does anyone know anywhere that stocks any teddies or toys in real life ? The only place I can see them is Amazon

bizzey · 15/10/2021 21:49

@NoWordForFluffy
That's really interesting how it is worded .

Haudyourwheesht · 15/10/2021 22:00

@Picklesbaby I'm sure they have Moon and Me stuff in B&M.

bizzey · 15/10/2021 22:03

I haven't been able to book anything on there yet.
Could be late and site is down ?

Picklesbaby · 15/10/2021 22:15

They had a Moon and Me house playset in TK Maxx today that looked really nice as well.
2319inprogress · 15/10/2021 22:34

Thank you for the MSAN1 code for 15% off at museumselection - worked on sale items too!

Alwaysroomforcake · 15/10/2021 22:37

@squishmycherry and @22Giraffes, can I ask, do you have to pay any customs charges now with brexit etc when ordering from Shein? I heard you do but not sure if it was right and didn't want an extra bill when the postman arrived!!

22Giraffes · 15/10/2021 23:04

@alwaysroomforcake I have only ordered from shein twice, once in June for my wedding and once this month for Xmas but I didn't have to pay any custom charges. My friend orders frequently and has never paid a charge as far as I know.
