@AnotherOne4, thank you for introducing us to something that sounded so wrong in the thread title. Also loved the review you shared:
‘ Not only is it decorative, but also quite heavy. If you had intruders you could take them down with this also. Multipurpose’

If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me know if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

Another thanks to @psuedocream3 for the Moonpig card. Much appreciated x

Raindancer411 · 27/09/2021 21:19

@xmasdealhunter Thanks for that

TheGriffle · 27/09/2021 21:21

Ive just tallied up my girls presents so far and dd2 had more than double spend than dd1 so far. So I’ve just taken advantage of the £10 off a £60 spend in The Entertainer. A scruff a love, Bank Attack game and a Pikmi pop squeeze maker thing. Similar to the prices on Amazon (Bank Attack was more expensive and the scruff a luv cheaper on there) but the £10 off swayed me so £52 for all 3.

Minionbums · 27/09/2021 21:21

Game do animal crossing plushies

TheCrow · 27/09/2021 21:22

@NightOwl19 I'm not sure how long it'll be in stores for, maybe a little while because I asked the lady in the shop if they had all of the sale out and she said no because they have to put certain things into the sale at certain times so I think there'll be like waves of new things being added.

RevolvingPivot · 27/09/2021 21:24

@Thisisbatshit

It was on the last page, so I can't remember who asked. If your children are happy to listen to the same music you can get the cheapo music to stream on more than one alexa at a time by going into the alexa and creating groups. We have a couple for example the everywhere group and when you say "alexa play the top 100 tunes on the everywhere group" it plays on all devices in that group at the same time.

Also you can just play a radio station without a subscription. Our children quite like our local station and it plays good music so you can play that on any device with no music subscription.

Hi I think that reply was possibly for me. Thank you.

I didn't realise I already pay £10 a month. Doesn't seem a lot but I'm not working or claiming.

Puffincrossing · 27/09/2021 21:27

We only have basic Spotify so DH downloads stuff and listens offline while DC listen 'live'.

Ewock · 27/09/2021 21:41

I know a few people were waiting for the Tesco toy sale. I was in a smaller Tesco today and they had the Lego friends baking competition down to £21 so I got it. My dh has just been to the huge Tesco extra near us and loads of toys gone and the sale already started. We wanted the steffi doll, but a member of staff said they never had it and didn't look like they were getting it. Apparently different stores would have different toys and wouldn't all be there.

Iknowitisheresomewhere · 27/09/2021 21:44

For dressing up boxes I recommend playsilks, or shawls/scarfs/hijab cloths from eBay or similar. Really good for imaginative play and can be made into multiple outfits.

imnottoofussed · 27/09/2021 21:47

Build a bear and Argos do animal crossing too

imnottoofussed · 27/09/2021 21:52

Studio has a lovely dressing up rail if you have the space. Pirate one is currently reduced and there's a unicorn one. Free personalisation. Sorry don't know how to do short links

www.studio.co.uk/shop/toys-games/role-play---dress-up/dressing-up/personalised-pirate-dressing-up-rail

Also if you search google there are some dressing up chests and trunks which come with the outfits included

woodwaj · 27/09/2021 21:59

@mumtothree2020 not cheap but I can really recommend this seller. Ordered twice already and have another order on the way. They are based in the Ukraine so I'd order sooner rather than later if you want a custom plush.

Does anyone remember there was a September code for a good discount at something like Made for Drink (s)? If so, please can you re post it as I now need to buy some nice looking snacks! Have searched, but can't find it. Thank you in advance.

VolcanicProtectorMan · 27/09/2021 22:29

Just ordered these labels to put on some of DDs gifts from Santa. So cute and really good price at £1.95 with free delivery!

@QuiltedBear

Allegedly, the Oodie Black Friday sale is starting now. This popped up as an advert on Facebook for me, but I’m baffled. Isn’t Black Friday a month and a bit away still?
I bought last year on 1st October and it was cheaper than the end of November. In fact they were never so low again. It’s miles off Black Friday though so no idea what they are doing.
FluffyFluffMonster · 27/09/2021 22:37

Moon pig have the playmobil back to the future delorean for £30, normally £50!

5Minions2CallMyOwn · 27/09/2021 23:10

Just incase anyone missed it the Asda code for £10 off a £60 spend is still active, you just have to log into your account and add it to your ecodes. DH also created an account so that we could use it twice! So £20 in total off a £120 spend. We would have spent this anyway so I just divided the order into 2. The code also works on toys (they have a sale currently) and baby items (they have a baby event on).

Also re The Entertainer if you want to get a code for 20% off (including sale items) just create an account and add some birthdays to the Jacks Birthday option. If you want a voucher tomorrow for example add a birthday for 3 weeks from now tomorrow- so 19th October. They told me their system will then automatically generate a code for you and email it tomorrow. I tried it yesterday as needed to order DD a present and it worked as I received a code today which saved me 20% on already discounted items. Hope this helps someone! Smile

Not a bargain, but might be good for fans of Percy Pigs - sweets and a musical roundabout.

Limeavocado · 28/09/2021 02:08

Exploding kittens is £15.99 on Amazon with long (2-4 weeks) delivery

I can’t do links with my phone sorry but wanted to mention for any other insomniacs!

TheBigFish · 28/09/2021 06:06

@Petal7 it was SEPTEMBERSALE for Made for Drink but I am not sure if it is still valid

Dolphintrainer · 28/09/2021 06:10

@Petal7 I can’t recall the made for drinks code now, but a few days ago I scrolled back to find it and unfortunately it was no longer valid on the site

JanuaryEl5ieBill · 28/09/2021 06:12

@Petal7 I think it was SEPTEMBERSALE but not 100%
I also used a referral link from the referral thread that saved me another £5 so worth checking there too

CamdenLurker · 28/09/2021 06:44

[quote Pengweng]@CamdenLurker i tried for ages before realising that you need to add the wristwarmers to your basket first and then they become free in checkout.

It has to be this pair though or it won't work.

Thanks so much for this! I've tried so many times and it's not worked.

Just managed to check out - yay!
