The Tesco Clubcard toy sale hasn't started yet - 29th September start date according to the leaflet.

There was lots of reduced sylvanins in our local entertainer store yesterday, may have been store specific (Basildon, Essex) but lots for 20 - 60% off.

The Nintendo Switch RRP has been changed to £259.99, so make sure you don't pay more than this and if you see it on sale for £259.99, that is not accurate. It rarely goes on sale.

The Switch has different games you can play than the Switch Lite. The Switch has two controllers on the side that can be removed, you can then use them similar to how the Wii controllers worked, if you are familiar with that.

The Switch Lite has its controllers permanently attached to it and there are fewer games you can play, but still a good variety. It really depends on what games and what play style the person you are getting it for.

Aldi had switch and switch lite on there black Friday sale last year. I think they went on sale at midnight and sold out pretty quick though.

Staff in our Sainsburys have said they are doing Smart Shop instead of double up, a sort of version of what Tesco do, with reduced prices for Nectar card holders. Didn't know about Half Price Toy Sale.

Yes, @Scout2016, my reduced prices are a bit rubbish, frankly, and in no way compensate me for the loss of double up!
