Cauliflower cheese

Possibly slightly controversial but I really fancy cauliflower cheese with Christmas dinner, I'm also a bit lazy, any recommendations of a really nice stick in the oven one?

My family insist on this on Christmas (and Sunday) dinner. I just grab a ready made M&S one, bung in oven, ready in 30

M&S normal one is very nice. The truffled one has a weird after taste and I won't buy it again. It's not the taste of the truffle, no idea what it is!

Ds2 insists on cauliflower cheese on Xmas day, even better, he makes it!

I bought a mahoosive cauliflower from the farm shop today so we'll get enough for 25th plus a couple of other meals - figured if someone else was making it, they may as well make it in bulk!

I shall be making some on Christmas Day. DD1 loves it! We have it with most roast dinners anyway!

I'll be making one on Christmas Eve ready to pop in the oven to heat through on Christmas Day.

Does anyone know if the m&s cauliflower cheese contains gluten? I'm trying to get to the ingredients on their website but it's not working. I've looked at other types and some do and some don't.

The M&S ones on Ocado do contain gluten.

I quite like the asda frozen one.

Aldi frozen cauliflower cheese is fabulous. I usually make my own but since I discovered this I don't bother anymore.

The M&S one is really rich and luscious.

I was expecting to be told off for even suggesting it
DH does all the christmas cooking so I'd feel pretty cheeky asking him to make one from scratch...and there's my aforementioned laziness...I think I'll grab the M&S one.

I made one and froze it a couple of weeks ago. It's a Must in this house!

Waitrose ready made is very good.

I have waitrose, aldi and m&s food nearby, I want a creamy, cheesy, saucier one.

Thank you for checking, that's a shame looks like I'll have to make it from scratch (as I now really fancy having trying it with Christmas dinner as have never tried it with a roast before!)

We're getting M&S one. I too fancied it this year. 2020 means anything goes.

Waitrose fresh is amazing. I have also tried the Tesco and Sainsbury frozen ones and they are acceptable. I have it on Christmas Eve with baked ham and lots of whole grain mustard.

I like Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference ones but I do add more grated cheese. I’ll be making my own this year though.

We have it every year. Its piss easy to be make. just Google how to make a white/roux sauce.

M&S. It's bloody delicious.

Also frozen one is fab you’ll be pleasantly surprised

But do generally make my own white sauce is so easy
