I’m struggling for ideas for mine so far I’ve got

Jeans
Top
Hoodie
Loccitaine shower gel
Loccitaine aftershave balm
Some rituals shower stuff and hand cream
Nice bottle of gin

I think that’s it so far, I want to get some more bits but I’ve no idea what

DrMadelineMaxwell · 10/12/2020 23:13

DH is hard to buy for. He doesn't like getting gifts. Certainly not valuable ones.

He's had a diagnosis of T2 diabetes this year and reversed it with dieting (hurrah) but now no longer eats anything sugary and doesn't drink.
He doesn't read much and we stream TV etc.

And he doesn't watch or play any sports or computer gaming.

What I have got him is daft.

Lynx marmite (mentioned to him by a workmate).

Posh wooden bowl with nutcracker and the mixed nuts in shells to go in them - mostly so I can make jokes about his nut bowl (we're childish - I stopped at the point of buying a book called Little beaver and the echo because although he'd find it funny it would be a waste of money!).
Apart from that he's got nothing.

DrMadelineMaxwell · 10/12/2020 23:14

...Except a Die Hard themed Christmas Tshirt off the back of an argument over whether Die Hard is a Christmas movie or not (most certainly is, obviously).

desperatehousewife21 · 11/12/2020 07:18

A new amp (picked by him)
Dressing gown
Hoodie (from our fav small business and I will wear it too Grin)
Spider-Man miles morales for his new PS5
Massive box of toffifee (his fav, gets it every Xmas and birthday)
Rolling Stones (as in the sticking out tongue) bottle opener.

He only thinks he’s getting the amp because it was expensive so am excited to give him the rest Xmas Smile

Welshgal85 · 11/12/2020 08:52

The only thing on his Xmas list was a leather jacket and book which I’ve got. Have also got him a bread making set as he enjoys that and then some comfy tops for lounging around in.

Feel like I need something else but not sure what. He isn’t really fussed on presents tbh. Maybe I will just get some beers and chocolates and leave it at that?

JonHammIsMyJamm · 11/12/2020 09:17

Wow some of you are very generous !
I have bought nothing yet. Just remembered I have nothing yet when I was looking at my list as I have been buying and sending presents to everyone else.
Prob alcohol and chocolates although I will look thoroughly these lists for some inspiration. Do not spend 100’s on each other though, our holidays through the year are our birthday / Christmas presents spend to each other I suppose.

Imissmoominmama · 11/12/2020 22:59
