Some Nike trainers
2 tshirts
Gap hoody
Pj bottoms
Shorts (several of his had broken over the summer, and these were relatively cheap and I got extra discount as a collegue)
Something else I can’t actually remember
A box of lush bath bombs
A jar of Percy pigs from M&S as he saw them when we were leaving and complained he couldn’t get them.

brookiemegs · 09/12/2020 23:05

A knife sharpener and an electric carving knife Grin we always buy each other kitchen/cooking stuff for xmas, since we were poor and we really needed it more than presents one year - now it's our little tradition.

I've also got him a massive tub of sweets, some odd socks and a mug from dd (she thinks everyone loves getting socks and mugs as presents)

Hohomerryxmas · 09/12/2020 23:18

My husband has just converted his garage to a man cave so I've bought him a projector to connect to his playstation, a mini fridge, other boring things live shelving, cushions and other decor that match his colour scheme. I've got him gift vouchers as well for sports direct so he can choose himself some new trainers. Hes pretty hard to buy for. He never writes a christmas list.

So far dp has a jumper. He is difficult to buy for. One because he is not a stuff kind of person and two I am a bit skint at the moment.

On a side note OP is your dp type 1 or 2?
My dn who is type 1 was told by their specialist nurse to stay away from diabetic foodstuff and just eat normal things.

She is type 2. But it makes sense to have regular stuff for a type 1.

My DH is getting a flight simulator experience gr that hes been on about for ages! I will also give him a pack of his favourite biscuits so he has more than an envelope to open.

RJnomore1 · 10/12/2020 07:45

@Onebabyandamadcat I’m hoping to wrap later ( day off) so I’ll post when I get it out. I’d quite like to read it myself when I saw it!

TheChosenTwo · 10/12/2020 09:11

I’ve bought him a theragun. He’s always complaining of aches and and pains after playing sport and his physio was telling him about them ages ago.
And the obligatory pants and socks, colour changing pine cones for the fire, Carolina reaper chilli peanuts, a wok, a book, pair of boots and a big box of maltesers. We don’t always bother with each other at Christmas but have done this year.

cricketmum84 · 10/12/2020 09:14

Framed print from his fave sports team
Fancy Spanish "holiday" beers
2 vintage tin signs for the tiki bar he is planning to build in the new garden
Personalised beer glass from the cats 😂

user686833 · 10/12/2020 09:29

Gone a bit overboard too. He never asks for things or gives me ideas even when pushed so I went ahead and came up with my own ideas and then after I thought I was done he decided this was the year for requests.

3x vinyl
A hard to find CD (he's archaic with technology)
The new Tim Minchin CD
A t-shirt
Joe Browns jumper
Steel tongue drum
New Rob Halford autobiography
Cookies in a train shaped tin (specifically chosen by DS)

Stocking:
Initial tree decoration
Lemon meringue fudge
Fudge sauce
Shaving brush
Campfire scented candle
Sleep mask
Mint marshmallows with chocolate chips
Chocolate coins

RJnomore1 · 10/12/2020 09:32

DigOutThoseLemonHandWipes · 10/12/2020 11:55

@Entrytohr Stormtrooper cheese board you say. Where might one find such a thing?
