DD(7) picked up an Argos book yesterday that has a Christmas list section in so if course she decided to write one today.

On it she has written:
A medium tall dolls pram
A dolls set with nappies, 2 spoons and toys
A dolls bouncy chair
Chocolate
A bath bomb with a toy inside.

I was quite surprised as she kept showing me things in the book so I was dreading what she was going to write but there was nothing from there on it 🤣

Just goes to show it's not necessarily the fancy stuff they're after!

Ds1 age 11 Fifa 21, Roy Keane autobiographies and hoover ball.
Ds2 age 8 dinosaurs, dinosaurs and dinosaurs - they are big plastic things that are linked to Jurassic world.
Both asked for nerf guns too. I’m fearful for our one and only television.

Not a clue, they don’t write them til mid December!!! We have a dc birthday at the end of this week and another of the dc had a birthday last week so I don’t tend to think about Christmas presents for them until December anyway.
I’ve made a start on stocking things which is early for me but I don’t fancy shopping when the shops do reopen so I’ll be doing it all online.

Dd (10)
I pad
Avocado oodie
A stretchy man
A giant lollipop
New pyjamas

DD 18 (not a child but still my DC)
Sanctuary spa candle set
.
That's all she has specifically asked for. She said she thinks I am very good at choosing surprise presents for her. Feel good about that especially considering her age.

When my dd was 2 all she wanted was: a book, a jigsaw and a lollipop. And she was so pleased when she got all 3-wasn’t interested in any of her other presents!

Now her lists are complicated with half looking like it belongs to a 6 year old and half looking like it belongs to a 16 year old! (She’s 11)

All sorts of weird and wonderful things along with "meet Matthew Baynton from Horrible Histories"

DD 3 wants a barbie on a light up moving unicorn that she came across in a Smyths catalogue weeks ago and is STILL talking about (nearly £50 though 🤦🏻‍♀️)

Oh and a talking cat - but “not a pretend one” 🙈🙈🙈
