Tesco Delivery Pass Xmas slots reminder

If you have a delivery pass with Tesco, you'll be able to book a Xmas slot tomorrow (13th) at 7am

You can only book one slot for the week starting 21st December and there's a 95 item limit.

I think non-delivery pass holders get to book on the 20th but check your emails from Tesco

Same here. Can’t check out, keeps crashing at payment page. Slot is still there with my items so hopefully I can confirm it soon.

I was in the queue for about 3 mins. Got a slot on 23rd. (Logged on at 7.10)

Still having payment issues. Almost got there but failed again at the last page

I have a slot for 22nd but can’t check out either...grrrr.

Customer service on Twitter says do not refresh.

Worth a moan on there - been in queue since 6.45 and not in yet. Not impressed, never have this issue with midnight releases.

I got the slot I wanted on the 23rd.

Now trying to book a routine slot for the preceding Saturdaym but it's giving me an error on the payment page - suspect their Payments server has crashed!

I haven't done this before and couldn't get to the app until 0657 (cheers DC2). Will I still be in the queue at Christmas?!

How are people getting through? I've queued on the app and website since 6.50 and still in the queue.

It's ridiculous 😔 I don't have a car, I can't go shopping in an actual shop for Christmas. Its so frustrating

I expect it's done regionally, ie. people in the queue in your area for the delivery coming from your local store? That's the only explanation I can think of.

Got mine for the 23rd. I logged into the app at 6.15, it went into queue mode around 6.45 and finally let me in 7.15.

I’m getting the same when trying to book for the 16th.

When I finally got through a minute ago all times were available so don’t panic those who can’t get in.

@recklessgran ridiculous isn't it. I have been In since 6.45am. What time for you?

I would really appreciate an expected waiting time or a "you are number ... in the queue". This is driving me mad.

Got the 23rd having joined queue at 06:45.
However was only able to get 1 pm as all morning slots had already gone

I would echo Peppa's comment - when I got thru (about 07:15) all the slots were available to me.

I've also been in a queue since 6.50. Before that I could get on the site but the Xmas slots weren't showing.

@Peppafrig lucky you.... 23rd and 24th were fully booked when I managed to get in for a minute....
