No holiday in October half term as we usually do has meant I've started shopping so much earlier. I will admit I spend a lot on my children. We have no family/friends so buy for nobody else.

The ques in town were endless today so to go to one shop and manage to buy lots of stuff was a really good idea!

2 x Christmassy Agatha Raisin books - Kissing Christmas Goodbye, in The Works, plus a book for me. It’s 3 for a fiver, and I had £1.50 on my points card, so got them all for £3.50. 😄

Hmm, nothing today actually, but my 2021 diary that my ds (7) insisted I order as a xmas present from him and baby arrived in the post and I love it.
He told me the 2020 one I have is 'boring' cos it's just plain black and I had to get a pink one and I'm glad I did!

All I have bought as stocking gifts are pack of 3 pants for both adult D's stocking and a nice sweater for DH all for stockings. 14 year old wants a cricket net for garden and hoping for a bowling machine too. This is way more expensive than he normally gets. Dh and I are trying to decide whether to get it both for him or just net (as he is primarily a bowler) or if it is just too expensive. A decent net would be over £500 and a pre used bowling machine £150. We have looked for pre used net but not seen a decent one.

We went to the entertainer yesterday (next county) they had £5 off a £25 spend supposed to be one per customer but the lovely person put it through 6 times!
We bought quite a lot of wwe figures and toki doki were reduced.

I've also started ordering a few bits on my weekly shop. This week I've got seafood/apple/cranberry sauces in my trolley.

Ordered the rainbowcorns sweet shake surprise.

A santas goodie tray, two christmas cups for the kids, candle gift set for MIL, a giant tube of Reeses pieces for BIL, three selection boxes, two books for kids stocking fillers & ordered a copy of the Night Before Christmas. And placed my Sainsburys Food to Order paid £20 deposit. Was meant to be going to parents for Xmas dinner but can’t see that happening 😩

Arrived last night: Chad Valley stuff for small niece and nephew - magnetic fishing game, phonics board, wooden salad & sushi sets, pink tea-party sets, plus a big Makka Pakka soft toy.

Arrived this morning: posh crisps, kettle chips, lebkuchen, M&S florentines, Fentimans cola & rose lemonade packs.

Ordered for Xmas delivery: turkey crown, pork pie, panforte, petit fours, cheese, crackers, mince pies.

Had what I can only describe as a panic/ omg I'm out the house let's go crazy! Spree on some bits for my son, half price tesco stuff today:

Today I went to hobby craft and stocked up on crafts for 4 year old DD. I'm pregnant and due in 2 weeks! Cant face going there later when it's busier with a baby with our pal Corona!
I got her a paint your own tea light which I'm putting in her xmas eve box. And make your own paper plate father Christmas that will go in there too.
I also got her some Christmas stickers and make your own decorations. As well as paint your own puzzle and more paints. I think we will use these mainly in the build up to Christmas as I'm sure we will have to spend more time at home this year.
I got ordered some jewellery from this local company that was doing a sample sale. I got my mum a necklace and my sister and partners sister some earrings. So cheap and all silver!
