Orchard toys match and spell game £5.89 on Amazon. I think that's a good price? Haven't got the game yet though so don't know if it's good..

allatonce99 · 04/08/2020 22:07

I have been keeping an eye on this for Christmas (How the Grinch Stole Christmas) and it's just dropped to £4 on Amazon, not the lowest price but it was £6 before today. I am going to read it in December (or as soon as it comes!) To DS.

Photobox has a summer sale on for those wanting photo books etc - haven't used them so can't vouch for quality.

sorryiasked · 05/08/2020 06:52

Phtobox hardback books are excellent, I have used them a few times now x

TheGriffle · 05/08/2020 07:36

@TFSRM Thank you for that Little Crafty Bugs website it’s amazing! Never heard of it before but I’d managed to put £100 of stuff in my basket just in the sale items! Had to be strict with myself and whittled it down to £40ish but there some lovely baubles and craft bits in the sale.

Hophop26 · 05/08/2020 07:52

Joules have further reductions in their sale and an extra 10% off sale with AUGUST10 - they have lots of kids slippers, slipper boots, cosy socks etc. I got some lovely ones £20 down to £7.15

Methenyouplus4 · 05/08/2020 08:04

Remember there is the Joules outlet on ebay too.

runningpink · 05/08/2020 08:07

@villamariavintrapp
A snow globe is a good idea. Thank you. I will have a look later and see what I can find.

Unless anyone has any suggestions of anywhere that still is nice ones?

runningpink · 05/08/2020 08:10

My input is this fabulous website where I have got many lovely gifts for all occasions.
They are also on Facebook which often has new items added there first or ones which don’t get added to website.

Love the Joules outlet!
Ohhgreat · 05/08/2020 09:21

Debenhams up to 70% off sale is on - lots of reduced homeware stuff, not forgetting the clothes too

ScorpioSphinxInACalicoDress · 05/08/2020 09:53

Photobox is about the best IMO (for those wondering about quality)

ClaraLane · 05/08/2020 09:54

Just seen this pop up on FB, 4 photo coasters from PhotoBox for £4 + P&P:

I preferred them when you could just buy kids' wellies. They auction the bloody things now. Annoying.
PinkDaydreams · 05/08/2020 09:57

Morning all!
I’m looking for some fleece bedding, can anyone recommend some please? Also is it called teddy bedding? How does it wash, does it go all clumped together after a few washes? Thanks all!

Not a bargain but a reminder!

Boots have opened their online flu jab bookings, get booked in & remember any elderly/vulnerable relatives

I just booked my nan in as she won't remember

I agree. Printerpix are quite shoddy, IMO (or the stuff you buy on offer is, full priced might be better!).
PhantomErik · 05/08/2020 10:41

Pink if you type teddy bear fleece duvet into ebay loads come up in some lovely colours.

My dc LOVE it & have 2 sets each. It washes well & drys quickly.

They sell it in Dunelm as well & do slippers & dressing gowns in the same material.

bookish83 · 05/08/2020 10:47

Just had my shipping date for the bargain duplo Smile 7th -8th Aug!

And Tate order today. So impressed I will have too many gifts at this rate Grin

PinkDaydreams · 05/08/2020 10:55

Can I just say not to order from Truprint. Absolutely awful experience with them last year, I ordered a number of calendars, photo mugs and prints all of which arrived with faults. The calendars that arrived were the incorrect size, even though it clearly said on my order the size I had wanted, they sent out smaller ones but weren’t willing to replace. The mugs arrived with ink blobs on which they blamed on the printer and offered me a discount on replacements (even though it was their fault).
I’ve ordered loads from photobox and Freeprints and have always been happy. I only ordered from Truprint because they had a good offer on and thought I’d give them a try but obviously won’t be ordering from them ever again! It turns out I had actually ordered goods from them a year before but they had also been poor quality!

@PhantomErik thanks for the eBay and dunelm tip! There was some on the next clearance section the other week but unfortunately they didn’t have any king size left.
