@imsorryiasked yep same thing happened to me with the Dot. I cancelled Prime but not Music apparently but I'm fairly certain I cancelled both. I spoke to them on the Chat and they refunded it though.

The hamper I bought wasn't a mystery, it specified the contents. The one that is on now for £10 doesn't say what's in it.

imsorryiasked I went through the app as had no luck on the website. I think I went into my music subscription under 'your subscriptions' then scrolled down to the bottom to click on 'contact customer service'.

Anyone ever ordered from Virgin wines? I've just ordered as I had a discount voucher. Seems it's added me to a plan and I can't cancel it on my online account, I can only set a payment history. Do I need to call them?

@Elphaba17 if it hasn’t already come out a black bin bag near the front door. You can step outside and ask them to put it in the bag. Not perfect but better than nothing. Also easier if you have an outside garage/ shed/ car you can just pop it in. The only thing is to make sure the children don’t come to the door which is much trickier. Perhaps the man has come to read the meters?

I don't know if it's too late now but are there any M&S codes left knocking about please?
