Thank you @TheGriffle for the title. Lots of mole whacking will be going on over Christmas thanks to this thread!

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

@1stTimeMama - The Hut are a massive group, AllSole and Look Fantastic are both part of them. I’d have no concerns ordering from them.

Whattodowithaminute · 29/11/2019 21:56

@mrsanflowerpott I bought some super soft cosy blankets and cushions for DS bedroom last year and he was super happy... a lava lamp? Glow stars?

OytheBumbler · 29/11/2019 21:56

Has anyone seen any battery fairy lights with pegs to go along a bedside? All the ones I've seen on amazon are really long! I only want it for the length of a bunk bed.

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 29/11/2019 21:57

IWOOT 10% off with code DFC10IW

Worked with current discounts Inc free delivery items too

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 29/11/2019 21:59

@PinkJam there was a few different offers inc a 10% off code on babipur fb page earlier today.

Depending what you are after a few smaller independent retailers may have better savings :)

SweetPeaPods · 29/11/2019 22:06

@PinkJam Discount code was clyd for 10% off at Babipur. Not sure if it’s still valid.
@OytheBumbler aldi had some in earlier in the year. Not sure if still available.

gaggiagirl · 29/11/2019 22:06

@Shitfuckoh lovely fleece blanket, in an earlier thread on here everyone seemed to rave about the marks and Spencer star blanket it looked very thick and soft and plush. I think reastie owns one too.

Dreamingofwalden · 29/11/2019 22:23

@PinkJam
Buddy works for Babipur- just checked. Are you buying something radish relatedGrin

YoursTunbridgeWells · 29/11/2019 22:40

Any ideas for a 40 something uber glamerous secret santa with children. She spends a fair amount of time watching them do sport. Official budget £10.

andi76 · 29/11/2019 22:48

@Dreamingofwalden - radishes are so a mainstream veg Grin

VividImagination · 29/11/2019 22:49

@YoursTunbridgeWells what about a good travel mug or glamorous but warm scarf and gloves (if outdoor sports).

Givealittlebit · 29/11/2019 22:51

@lancslass17 I have convinced DH we need a real tree. Off to look for a potted one tomorrow morning!

AuchAyeTheNo · 29/11/2019 22:53

@applepinkierainbow definitely river island. My 9 year old has got some gorgeous stuff from there or Zara

WaitWhatOh · 29/11/2019 22:58

Help! Looking for a Santa sack - you know instead of a stocking. Have completely misplaced hubby’s stocking. Can’t be crazy large but I thought it would be easier to fit books in than an actual stocking.

Givealittlebit · 29/11/2019 22:58

How do you get the Clinique set down to £16? I can't figure it at all!

Notlongnow1 · 29/11/2019 23:04

@dreamingofwalden @andi76 a Wankel I'd imagine?

Dreamingofwalden · 29/11/2019 23:04

@andi76 Radishes are everywhere 😂 and Grimms toys beginning with W.

andi76 · 29/11/2019 23:07

@Notlongnow1 & @Dreamingofwalden - oooh a real wankel in the wild (I am such a child) Grin

Notlongnow1 · 29/11/2019 23:09

Haha me too and overexcited because I would never be identified in the real world. Well unless you happened to be hanging out in my lounge!

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 29/11/2019 23:09

Givealittlebit you’ve just solved my impossible to buy for dads gift! Than you!

Reluctantbettlynch · 29/11/2019 23:10

@YoursTunbridgeWells - not sure if this works, but amazon has a set with beanie (with a ponytail hole), touch screen gloves and neck warmer for £10?

NeedMoreTea · 29/11/2019 23:19

@OytheBumbler I was looking at peg lights yesterday and John Lewis have a short set - Little home at John Lewis £12. https://www.johnlewis.com/little-home-at-john-lewis-peg-line-lights/p1697771?searchTerm=Peg+lights

NotUnderMyHeart · 29/11/2019 23:19

Givealittlebit you just add it to the basket and it takes it down to £16 at checkout.

margeritasbythesea thank you so much-those scarves look lovely. I’ve never heard of the company before! I’ll have a good look tomorrow.

If there was anyone else worrying about astray Moomin notebooks, mine has finally dispatched after 10 days of processing. I think Wordery are just overwhelmed.

Maybe a point not to trust Wordery too much on getting things before Christmas, as well head into December
