Maybe an option for a teen for their bedroom ... Homebase have a nice looking tripod lamp for only £14.08 with the extra 20% discount here. It's quite big at 67cm high

I thought it would be a nice big present to bulk up the small but expensive teenage pile of presents!

Barbarara · 23/10/2019 13:33

With the Debenhams calendar I had to scroll down the checkout page to see the discount as it still showed full price in the list of items, if that makes sense.

Answering my own question here but gingerbread15 gives 15%off bundles of Elfie Letters and sparkle10 takes 10% off other stuff. Not sure if they stack.

woodwaj · 23/10/2019 13:52

@bikinibottommuffintop you have to add something from the beauty range only

margaritasbythesea · 23/10/2019 13:54

You can still order the Sprocket in Amazon for 64.99.they say they'll send it when they get it back in stock

Chocolateteabag · 23/10/2019 14:04

@hoopdeloop - not really bargainous at £50 but check out these mens thermals from Bawbags if ther was a code I'd be buying them for DH Grin

FastAway · 23/10/2019 14:05

I have got a £15 off £100 grocery shop at Sainsbury’s that I won’t use if it’s useful for anyone E6KT-F3MT-RYKK expires 20/11

Chocolateteabag · 23/10/2019 14:09

@LikeSilentRaindrops - I've posted it on a past thread but "WH20" gives 20% off Woolovers plus free postage with no min spend - it runs til 31st Dec
Plus TCB (might not track if you've used a code - but no harm in trying!)

Helssjbells · 23/10/2019 14:18

Did someone say that Joules have a discount starting from tomorrow? Or have I just dreamt it?! 🤦‍♀️

BestofLuck · 23/10/2019 14:30

Just had a CCC alert that Lego Hogwarts clock tower is lowest price it’s been at £61.99.

balalalala · 23/10/2019 14:39

@LikeSilentRaindrops did you get a boden voucher? If not I'll send you one.

IJustWantToWearDungarees · 23/10/2019 14:45

@OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny That lamp is amazing! How do you get the extra 20% off please? And is there any way to avoid the £5(!) delivery charge, do you know?

Lurleene · 23/10/2019 15:09

Just been to my local Primark and they have lots of mens short pyjamas on clearance for a fiver Some are character sets eg Simpsons, Ricky and Morty. I got my DS14 some Harry Potter ones which he will like as they aren't childish.

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 23/10/2019 15:14

IJustWantToWearDungarees the extra 20% is automatically deducted when you go through the click and collect process (and presumably the delivery process too) as it's off all lighting

Puffinhead · 23/10/2019 15:22

@Guineapig456, I’ve just ordered the sprocket, that’s the lowest price I’ve seen. I’m hoping it’ll arrive before Christmas!

Smileatthesmallthings · 23/10/2019 15:23

Thanks for the Debenhams calendar tip. After a brief deliberation I decided to get that instead of the Boots one!

Ruralretreating · 23/10/2019 15:24

Tooner thank you for the Lego Space Rocket deal, DS1 is very keen on that set so have snapped one up.

Puffinhead · 23/10/2019 15:24

@margaritasbythesea, thanks for the sprocket update. I was all set to buy yesterday so have inadvertently saved myself £5 which makes it even more bargainous!

IJustWantToWearDungarees · 23/10/2019 15:27

Thanks @OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny. Bizarrely, it's not coming off for me when I order for delivery or for click and collect. V frustrating, but think I will go and collect in person and haggle with them!

Willow4987 · 23/10/2019 15:59

Oh wise Christmas bargain hunters in my phone...I’m looking for an etch a sketch that isn’t going to be a fortune. The little boy who’s asked for it doesn’t mind what brand but doesn’t want one of the ones with a pen. He wants one with the 2 knobs like a classic etch a sketch.

At the moment I can only find it for £30 on amazon and looking to spend about £20

Has anyone seen anything like it?

IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts · 23/10/2019 16:22

@Willow4987 how is that possible??? £30 for an etch a sketch is insane! Seem to be cheaper in the States, but with tax/import fees, you're probably better off buying one here. Have you checked eBay? Or would he settle for a mini version? Those are more in budget

Thread 9 - There are lots of knobs at Anthropologie
buckeejit · 23/10/2019 16:25

@Willow4987 I was in an actual real life toy shop last weekend & tried an etch a sketch. It was really rubbish! Has he used one? I'd try talking him out of it if you can. I had considered one for dd but it totally put me off

buckeejit · 23/10/2019 16:27

Btw, just wondering if anyone has had any white company offers? They used to email loads of offers.

Cheeky skitters put the oil up from £6 to £8 last year & I don't want to pay full price but really want some!

Willow4987 · 23/10/2019 16:30

@IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts not tried to find the mini...but good idea I’ll have a look now

@buckeejit unfortunately yes he really wants one. His mums checked with him and it’s what he wants...Confused

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 23/10/2019 16:33

IJustWantToWearDungarees I've just gone back to the website again and it doesn't look as if it's taking the extra 20% off for me now at the point it did earlier .

My confirmation email has the 20% off price though so that is what I'm going to ensure that I pay!!

AndddddHerewegoagain · 23/10/2019 16:46

@hoopdeloop have a look at decathlon. They're stuff is cheap but really good. I always buy thermals for skiing and for my niece as she has horses so is outdoors alot in the winter!
