Thank you @BadgerFace for the thread title.

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Anyone seen a discount code/free delivery code for poundshop.com?

Filled my basket with stocking fillers but delivery is £5.95!

recklessgran · 19/10/2019 15:39

@TheHammaconda sorry for the misunderstanding but the Boden code VERA only works on full priced items and excludes HP stuff.

LikeSilentRaindrops · 19/10/2019 15:48

I think I’m asking for the impossible, but if anyone can help, it’s you lot!

Has anyone seen some traditional knitted, preferably red, fair isle stockings that could be embroidered with names? If they weren’t too narrow at the top, that would be helpful as well, and ideally a reasonable price as I need to buy 4 Grin

I bought some from Etsy a couple of years ago but the seller no longer posts to the UK and we’ve got a new member of the family!

Attached something a bit like what I’m thinking.

Thanks @gaggiagirl, cute stocking filler for my nephew (and one for me) bought there!

I still have an unused craft gin code if any one wants one.

Kraggle · 19/10/2019 16:02

WisestIsShe I also wanted a giant click clack track, that’s £20 cheaper than the one day in my Amazon basket! Looks like I’m Lidl bound on Thursday.

Matalan for stockings?

Ah rubbish short links fail

Bluewavescrashing · 19/10/2019 16:08

I just ordered a cute star denim skirt from Boden along with two pairs of tights. Total £50. Used VERA to get 20% off and free postage plus dear Johnnie sent me a £10 gift voucher so for all 3 items it was a pretty bargainous £30.

Quickly realised I'd ordered the wrong size tights and I phoned up to cancel them off the order. Actual size I needed was out of stock.

Anyway they are only charging me £14 for the skirt delivered. Original price was £30 so pretty good I think!

Moral of the story: always try to stack codes, use customer services if you make a booboo and you might get lucky.

(I'm not suggesting anyone would order items as nd later cancel them to get to the £30 minimum spend required for £10 off... But you could always have a go! 😉)

@lazymoz i did 2 orders for seasalt this morning and the code was working but it did take me a couple of attempts. I don't know if i had an extra gap at the end?

SheStoodInTheStorm · 19/10/2019 16:49

Would also love a £10 off £30 Boden code if anyone has one they are not going to use? I used to get them but haven't this time. DD has a birthday and Christmas coming up!

I have a Hotel Chocolat code for the offer in the pic if anyone wants it?

I'm now looking for stripy rainbow tights in age 13-14 but the Internet seems to have sold out! Tried marks and Spencer, next, matalan, Sainsbury's. Only ones I can find are toddler ones. Yes they are for me 😂

Bluewavescrashing · 19/10/2019 16:50

Or in fact any nice colourful tights. Rainbow preferred but not essential!

SheStoodInTheStorm · 19/10/2019 16:51

@Bluewavescrashing
Just had a quick look on eBay and there are a few on there?

@SheStoodInTheStorm I may have placed some bids 🙈 thank you! My 9yo despairs of me as I dress as a toddler most days....
Dungarees, pinafores, I've even bought copies of clothes in bigger sizes that I like 😁

Mrsmadevans · 19/10/2019 17:12

It smells lovely fair do's! 😁
