My collapsible straws arrived. It's a real shame Amazon used so much packaging on something I ordered to do my bit for the environment HmmConfused

Converse have a fab mid season sale on, just bought a baseball jacket size medium for £12 with an additional code that they email to new site users. (previously £55).
Delivery is quite expensive £5.50.

@CupoTeap Top Trumps here, I don't think they were on offer, just something different

Tentontessie · 18/10/2019 14:39

Thanks very much for the sea salt code. I’ve brought quite a lot of bags! I’m packaging them up in sets of 5 and have tied them with a jute ribbon which looks lovely and pairing them with the reusable straws for an eco themed gift.

RJnomore1 · 18/10/2019 14:46

Right I’ve decided I’m going dd1 an eco gift...sea salt jute bag with inside:

Sea salt cotton bag
Reusable straw from amazon
Reusable cup from Anthropologie
Reusable cutlery in a roll from Anthropologie
Shampoo bar
Vegan soap

All from bargains 😂 MIL may get one too

Anything else I can add?

Went to Tesco on the hunt for nerf guns and ended up buying this set its huge and has 4 guns and loads of ammo and other bits. Reviews seem good online. Was £20 so much cheaper than nerfs.

Best place for cheap minecraft Lego, think DS is only really interested in the figures.

Vebrithien · 18/10/2019 14:58

My £1.01 family of finger puppets fom THREADS ago have finally arrived! They were running 3 weeks late, so had given up hope.
They are great, just what I wanted for DN's 1st December box (she's too small for an advent calendar this year, so have some Christmas sleepsuits, socks, a reindeer touchy feely book, some hand knitted hats (Christmas pudding included!) and I wanted something small for her to play with immediately).

NoSquirrels · 18/10/2019 14:59

RJ how about some beeswax wrap? Amazon have packs of 3 in pretty patterns of £8.99, so you could split it up, maybe?

TheHammaconda · 18/10/2019 15:10

@RJnomore1

What about a bamboo toothbrush, tiffin box, reusable makeup wipes?

bluesky · 18/10/2019 15:33
