Night night!

We've got a weather warning out for rain today. I'll be wearing my trusty old boots and raincoat good job our trust is fairly relaxed about what we wear!

Mum phoned at quarter past 7 wanting to get up 😅.When l said it was too early to get up she couldn't believe the time it was 😀.
Weather is wet and warm here. No need for the heating this morning. Slept quite well too Fluffy 😊 it does make you feel better.
Best shift if Mum is up l better get up there 🙄😀

Wreck my trust were absolute arseholes 🙄. They even used to moan about what ppl wore when they were going to the monthly off duty meetings , in their own time 🤪

Not the cheapest but the initialled sacks and stockings were £10 and £8 and l thought they were lovely and well worth the money. Tbh l don't think l could have made them much cheaper.

Neros, what did you do in Liverpool?

Hi everyone! Hope you’re all okay. I had a social media detox for a few days but I’m back again .

Well done Wreck.

Fluffy, we just did a bit of shopping, eating and drinking. We stayed in the Hard Days Night and I would recommend it for anyone staying in Liverpool. They gave us a free bottle of fizz and some chocolate and a card for my birthday. I would also recommend Casa Italia on Stanley Street, it's such a nice Italian. Dh wanted to go twice in one day.

Think I might stretch the holiday out a bit and get a take away tonight.

Evening it's getting a bit dark now and it's only 5 to 6
Went to Mum's and watched the opening of Parliament with her, she loved it , going on about Camilla & 'what they did to Diana ' .
Sorted her out and came home bout half 1, went to Morrisons & had mega oops reductions in the fruit & veg dept mainly stir fry veg sorry Fluffy it's not home grown but at least it's fresh . Cooked a lot when we come home, l did a bolognaise, chilli & stir fry, for today & the next 2 days . So virtuous even done the washing/wiping up
I enjoy prepped meals this time of year because it is so nice to come home to the tea cooking in the slow cooker and not have to cook or clear up . l love my slow cooker .

I'd love to do it, I think. Didn't used to be allowed with my job, but can now! I've never been summonsed.

It's not too cold here right now. Depends on how sunny it's been here as to whether our house is warm though. I'll see in a bit.

Yes a colleague went recently and only had one day. This is a court which only seems to do quite serious cases. They could not like the look of me and send me home in which case I'll do some festive mooching

Wreck l deferred my DH for him because he is useless at any official forms because his Mum was in hospital dying, there were no issues they were very good about it.
I have been called twice and bloody loved it lot of waiting about the place though & surprisingly a lot of the cases were dropped by the CPS even when the cases were started , it was quite disappointing . 'I find him guilty m'lud! '
