Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

I’m after summer weight sleeping bags for a 2 year old if anyone sees any good deals?

NotReve · 22/09/2019 10:16

@BeaLola I have a Sprocket and the print quality isn’t very good but they are cute little things and the prints are sticky-backed so they are good for journaling etc. I probably wouldn’t recommend if you want it for framing (the prints are credit card sized) but they are good for craft projects or to put on pin boards and things like that!

Hello everyone

Just wanted to say a quick thanks to whomever mentioned the Rex London sale - got some great little stocking fillers and some glasses for me!

Also a general thanks - I’m afraid I don’t really contribute to these threads but discovered them last year. As a FT working single mum they are a real life saver and honestly help me to have a more affordable and a bit more organised Christmas. So many thanks to everyone who takes the time to post Star

@PaddingtonBearHardStare thank you for the link. Kicking myself because I could have bought them from Sainsbury’s for £7.50 each but I faffed about adding other things to my basket then by the time I came to payment the sleeping bags had gone Sad

BeaLola · 22/09/2019 10:46

Thank you [NotReve] that is really helpful to know.

30not13 · 22/09/2019 10:48

@unihorn I'm certain I saw a good dinosaur thing on character.com yesterday....

30not13 · 22/09/2019 10:53

No cant find it, will go through laptop history to see where it was this afternoon!

Looking4wards · 22/09/2019 10:53

Just got this in an email from L'occitane
For 3 days you get a free Scents of Provence collection (worth £24) when you spend £55 with the code PROVENCE.
Looks like it comes in a nice giftbox so could be a present in itself.

I've got my eye on something from L'occitane, but not £55 worth. Shame.

Fantababy · 22/09/2019 10:57

Oasis have 20% off today with code RWD11815. Includes sale.

BeaLola · 22/09/2019 11:07

Not bargainous but DS is after FIFA 20 for his PlayStation and is saving his pocket money for the ultimate edition which I can only find for £80 ! Just wondered if none knew any smalll deals or extras if you buy with any specific retailers - btw it's not for Christmas it's him buying

TalkingOrmer · 22/09/2019 11:15

I’m another one looking for bargains on Our Generation dolls and their clothes.

MissMarple0203 · 22/09/2019 11:17

@fireflygirl thanks, that's good to know!

Barbarara · 22/09/2019 11:19

aveda have 15% off with no minimum spend VIP15
If you buy their products it’s worth signing up to their mailing list as the offers change a lot. Today they have 2 samples with every order (great for crackers).

sleepismysuperpower1 · 22/09/2019 11:20

@TalkingOrmer the designafriend dolls are very similar to the our generation dolls and are cheaper. or, have a look on ebay as people were selling the dolls in very good condition for half the price x

Barbarara · 22/09/2019 11:25

@TalkingOrmer you might get some in the Smyths sale if it happens this week. TK Maxx sometimes have them too. And AliExpress do various bits - no packaging and quality can vary (read the reviews)

TalkingOrmer · 22/09/2019 11:30

Thank you @sleepismysuperpower1 and @barbarara

bagginses · 22/09/2019 11:31

Has anyone seen any deals on dash cams? Or is it best to wait til black Friday?
Sorry I have no bargain wisdom to part at the moment- will keep looking!

Courtney555 · 22/09/2019 11:44

Can anyone help with a bargainous Tom Ford Oud Wood 100ml please?

The cheapest I can't find it on a site I trust is Debenhams and John Lewis for £240. Potentially another site for £204, but I'd never heard of them.

It's a lot for one smell Confused

EternallyGrapefruit · 22/09/2019 11:51

Courtney555 Try Perfume Parlour - they do lovely 'inspired' scents that are basically the same notes. I learnt about them on MN and I'm never going back to branded scents. People never see the bottle - they only smell you!

PinkDaydreams · 22/09/2019 11:54

@Courtney555 it’s on amazon for £219. Might be worth putting a camel alert for it in case it gets reduced in price.
