Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

@Bluewavescrashing that made me laugh!!

LikeSilver · 26/09/2019 21:13

@beadyboo You didn’t mention your budget, but I was shopping for a uni laptop recently and went with a HP one from ao. It was a good spec, £499 with £50 cashback. I found their prices better than PC Worlds.

RJnomore1 · 26/09/2019 21:20

@Someaddedsugar thank you for the wrapping paper info

noodledoodler · 26/09/2019 21:34

I think the DrB soap comes free with selected items, you should get a pop up asking you if you want to add it for £2 but it gets discounted with the 50% code then that is deducted at checkout, so free

MsMiaWallace · 26/09/2019 21:38

I got Harry Potter whomping willow Hogwarts from Amazon today for £44!
Normally £60.

guiltynetter · 26/09/2019 21:47

Making my return to the thread, purse at the ready! I bought so many things last year because of these posts Grin

Does anybody know if Boden discount codes come up very often? I've never shopped there until last week, I ordered a coat for my DD and I had a 25% off code. it's too small and I have to return it but now the code doesn't work anymore! gutted because I love it.

BrylcreamBeret · 26/09/2019 21:59

guilty the same thing happened to me but because I wanted an exchange they honored the discount! :D there should be a returns slip in your package, theres an option on it for exchanges and the items online all have product codes. Good luck :)

MissMarple0203 · 26/09/2019 21:59

@myfriendkimberly thanks for ispy book idea... It will be a perfect gift for my husband from our toddler

balalalala · 26/09/2019 22:07

My puppets arrived last week too. My hungry caterpillar hasn't turned up yet though!

NoWordForFluffy · 26/09/2019 22:10

Oh, almost forgot, @Sunshine196, here's the Irish cream selection in M&S.

@NoWordForFluffy I went into my local today & they didn't have any. How disappointing. It's not a massive one though. I'll keep looking. I thought they were £12 last year so I'll get a couple for £10. Don't want to risk missing out!

NoWordForFluffy · 26/09/2019 22:22

I thought they were. I wonder if they'll go down to £5 at some point then?! I'm probably holding out for half price.

I may have revisited the drbotanicals to buy Christmas presents for the teachers plus extra soap. Also got the ispy books but from the book people as we don't buy from Amazon.

ClaraLane · 26/09/2019 22:28

I’ve jumped on the Dr B bandwagon too! That’s 3 x Nans presents done plus some soap for my dad and my misc present box.

Tryingtobeorganisedthisyear201 · 26/09/2019 22:28

Can I ask what site you are all ordering the Dr B from? There seem to be several!

Elderflower14 · 26/09/2019 22:30

stocking fillers here

RickOShay · 26/09/2019 22:49

Thank you so much for Dr B, some lovely bits me, fussy teen dd and my sister.
Home Bargains have Reece’s advent calendars for 4.79, they are 14.79 on Amazon.

louise5754 · 26/09/2019 22:53

Re Perfumes.

Since my post a couple of days ago, I have had private messages asking for the website address for perfumes 80% cheaper than in the shops, they are not EDP or EDT and contain less water and alcohol than most in the shops, they are Parfum (and contain 20% and 30% oil (women), 16% and 24% oil (men), which means they are stronger and therefore last longer.

Redwinestillfine · 26/09/2019 23:00

Tryingtobeorganised go to the us Dr botanicals site then select the UK flag

Tryingtobeorganisedthisyear201 · 26/09/2019 23:07

Thanks! Lots of cleansing bars ordered!

Youvegotafriendinme · 26/09/2019 23:36

I just bought 9 bars of cleansing soap that, not only do I do not need, I’ve never even tried before. Excited for them to come now Grin

SleeptightDaisy · 26/09/2019 23:40

If anyone had seen Lego Hulk Vs red Hulk cheaper than £80 it would be much appreciated ds has asked for this alongside a budgie which he definitely won't be getting.

Redwinestillfine · 26/09/2019 23:46

£5 off £30 spend ( orange) or £10 off £50 spend (green) Lakeland if that's any good to anyone
