Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

imsorryiasked · 01/09/2019 21:36

@Sunshine196 try Hawkins Bazaar - may be these?

RJnomore1 · 01/09/2019 21:56

Just spotted that urban outfitters have lots of quirky stuff for hard to buy for teens in the home section sale.

It’s still not cheap but it takes it from jaw droppingly pricey to bearable.

Sunshine196 · 01/09/2019 21:57

@imsorryiasked I've never been on this website but it looks fab! I quite like the look of the workshop small sets. Was there something you had spotted?
Thanks for your help everyone. Best thread ever.

CLB1234 · 01/09/2019 22:10

Has anyone ever bought from here https://saleflowes.co.uk/index.php//_? Some good prices especially for pre school but too good to be true? DH and I can't decide

tabbycat985 · 01/09/2019 22:37

@CLB1234 There's definitely something a little off about that website, I can't tell if it's just badly built but it's a .co.uk address but coupons are in $ & the layout (on mobile) looks to be Chinese & shipping seems to be freeHmm
You could do a test purchase with credit card so you're covered if anything happens but personally I wouldn't botherConfused

CLB1234 · 01/09/2019 22:43

Thanks @tabbycat985 we had the feeling it was dodgy too, just wanted it not to be! Hey ho back to the drawing board

Loving the thread btw Smile

CarrotVan · 02/09/2019 08:30

Living In LaLaLand has a great sale on pop culture gifts. Great for stocking fillers and 50% off with code CHANGES

Notlongnow1 · 02/09/2019 08:39

Is it still possible to do links with the words you want not 'click here'? If it is can someone kindly remind me how?

TheWoollybacksWife · 02/09/2019 08:45

@Notlongnow1

Open double square brackets then paste your link then a space then the words you want to use then closed double square brackets.

Menkind are doing 2 for £30 (£20 each) on those wall climbing remote control cars. Often out of stock but seem to have stock now.

@WaitWhatOh, La Redoute have a sale on at the moment, and they always have plenty of Converse - I've bought both pairs of mine from there. Discounts vary with style/colour. The code SAVE10 gets another 10% off sale prices. Sale ends midnight tonight.

Marypoppinsisnosaint · 02/09/2019 09:08

@pinkdaydreams I did yes. It was £2.95 I think.

cutebutscary · 02/09/2019 09:19

Glow company - it is always worth signing up for emails as they regularly send out discount emails and on the flashing novelties section there are some totally brilliant stocking fillers

I've just bought a knex rollercoaster for my son's Xmas present.
It's reduced to clear in John Lewis from £19.99 to 12.50. the box was much bigger then I expected.
