Iceland have boxes of 100 jaffa cakes for £4. Perfect gift for my DH. Its a normal rectangular box too not the long 'yard' boxes.

@QOD I’m actually wanting 2 of the advent calendars too but I’ve got a funny feeling they were exempt from all discounts last year, fingers crossed we can get money off them this year. They look great don’t they.

Just seen on hot deals that a lot of the ride on toys and quads are heavily reduced at Halfords if anyone is looking for one.

Also to note in case anyone doesn’t already know, if you google Argos clearance and then the name of your store, you get a list of all the sale items in stock at that particular shop. Really helpful as it saves trawling through and checking stock.

Thanks @ClosedAuraOpenMind I don’t think I’ll be getting the advent calendar as foundation or quite disappointing last year, doll on first day and downhill after that.
Going to order some of the dolls as seen them on smyths and the entertainer, wonder when the collectors doll and chalet will be released, and how I can hide them from dh

I wanted to get a little useful gift to put with people's presents, I got those glasses cleaning things last year that were fab.

Is there such a thing as a trolley token that doesn't stay in the trolley, if that makes sense? I overheard a conversation in passing ages ago from someone who mentioned that the token wasn't in the trolley so they just handed the trolley to someone else. Is that a real thing??

I was rooting for coins for the stupid trolley today and thought it'd be a great idea for me, at least!

Dd is desperate for one of those musical Top Model diaries where you enter a code and it sings when the diary opens. They are super expensive but she’d love it if Santa brought her one after mummy keeps saying no. Has anyone seen a cheaper version or the expensive ones on sale anywhere please?
