I got Kevin and his family in store :) we were there for opening time (I've never seen my DD get ready for school so quickly). There were a few others there but no sillyness. Wonder if it got crazy after school drop off tho. Also got some little Lego sets for £6.99 which is good value.

my local aldi at 9:30 had kevin and co still for sale - 50% of stock had been sold, people had been queuing down the road for doors to open according to staff

i picked up the carrot children as we have kevin/katie from last year plus some lovely kevin wrapping paper

my dd collects carrots so will be very pleased!

I got to Aldi at 8.15 this morning and the giant Kevins had already sold out but quite a lot of other toys left. People weren’t going crazy but it was very early! I got the carrot family as my daughter had asked for a toy carrot when we did her Santa letter the other day.

The Kevin wrapping paper is lovely too.

My weird kid would really like one of those ancestry tests..has anyone else done their homework on these and does anyone know which have the best presentation of results and reliability? (I gather none are 100%)

Thanks all- have just got DH a half price dressing gown from Debenhams and am very pleased! Eldest DD (17) had asked for a piano keyboard. She's grade 5 on a real piano so it needs to be decent rather than a toy. I'd be really grateful for any pointers of where to look for something bargainacious. Thanks!

@yerauntfanny thanks, they won’t tell which stores will be stocking and our nearest superstore is 40mins away so I think im going to go to bed early tonight andget up at 4.30 and drive over, that way I can Be back before dp has got to leave for work at 7.30! Extreme but needs must and all that! Once ive got it in hand I can cancel my amazon order and rest easy lol
