@Reastie is obviously busy getting her sprouts on, so I've set up a new thread just to keep us moving.

Previous thread here with Reastie's usual helpful posts.

Remember everyone, it's only a bargain if you need it and check it hasn't been cheaper before/isn't cheaper somewhere else! Happy Thanksgiving Xmas Wink

I have however just found the chilly bottles reduced to £16 on the utility website

22Giraffes · 23/11/2018 11:42

@necromumda that is cheeky of them! Anyhow it's a good job I missed the lightening deal because I just found it on The Works website for £3 with free click and collect Smile

imsorryiasked · 23/11/2018 11:44

Thorntons have a £10 free greasy chocolate box
That's got to be the best Black Friday deal Grin

necromumda · 23/11/2018 11:44

@22giraffes Brilliant!

22Giraffes · 23/11/2018 11:45

@maranello oops so sorry completely missed your post! Seems great minds think alike as I just found it on The Works. Thank you!

ItsNiceItsDifferentItsUnusual · 23/11/2018 11:47

It's buy one get one free at Isle of Skye candles (3 wick)

queenoftheschoolrun · 23/11/2018 11:50

Argos have some reduced Lego Elves sets. And the Harry Potter lego figures are reduced from £2.99 to £1.99. Ideal stocking filler!

Alanamackree · 23/11/2018 12:02

Some discounts on Trouva it can be a good site for awkward-to-buy-for people

WoahBodyforrrm · 23/11/2018 12:10

If anyone has a spare AO code, I would really appreciate it if you could inbox it to me. I didn’t get the email from Mumsnet despite getting all the other stuff they send.

Thanks

IHeartKingThistle · 23/11/2018 12:16

I can't believe how many retailers are blatantly lying about their sale prices. Magazine.co.uk have the Beano subscription for the exact same price that the Beano website has sold it for all year, but they're making out it's half price. It's making me cross!

I'm looking for a magazine subscription for my mum. Any genuine bargains out there?

aimee888 · 23/11/2018 12:18

Big discounts at T2, iced tea flask from £32 down to £5 plus 10% off for email sign up and £5 off if refer a friend

Annoyingly half my basket was sold out by the time it came to check out so need to be quick

Have pm'd you woah

WoahBodyforrrm · 23/11/2018 12:24

Thank you so much @fleshmarketclose I really appreciate it!!

WoahBodyforrrm · 23/11/2018 12:26

I can’t find the original post about the switch on AO. Does the bundle you got have Fortnite preloaded?

SavoyCabbage · 23/11/2018 12:31

I didn't get a code from AO either. We've been putting off buying a freezer in case the code was going to be useful.

neddle · 23/11/2018 12:32

20% off some personalised teddies here, makes them £16.

3 for 2 on teething/nursing and amber necklaces here and there’s free gifts on total spend as well.

neddle · 23/11/2018 12:36

Codes for ao: £20 off £199 spend.

May not work as it says for my email only, but worth a try.

I got these through the refer a friend, but you can’t stack codes and 8 don’t need anything over that price.

AlaskanSnow · 23/11/2018 12:40

Has anyone seen any nice travel jewelry boxes for under £20?
I was waiting on the Stackers offer but they are still out of budget (not counting the teeny one).

Reastie · 23/11/2018 12:41

I’m not doing well on Black Friday deals, if anyone sees any good deals on a decent but not too expensive CD player (ideally not too big but decent sound quality) please let me know Thanks

user187656748 · 23/11/2018 12:45

I need to stop now but have managed to get discounts on lots of things I was planning to get anyway. I'm glad I didn't press the button on DS2's lego yesterday at 60. Got it for £35 today!

flowerycurtain · 23/11/2018 12:50

Has anyone seen any good deals on a Baby Annabel?

imsorryiasked · 23/11/2018 12:54

@ Reastie what's the budget?

Reastie · 23/11/2018 12:57

Well, I’m not sure @imsorryiasked (sorry, I know that’s useless). It’s for dd for her bedroom so don’t necessarily want to spend a lot but then if I get a decent one maybe it’ll last longer andhave better sound for her (her current one is dire sound). Ideally up to £100 but best deal poss!

Unihorn · 23/11/2018 12:58

@flowerycurtain TK Max stock them for £20 but you have to keep checking as I think they go pretty much straight away. I managed to get one on my third attempt in one of the more disorganised shops by me!

MuppysMum · 23/11/2018 13:01

Elpheba so glad you got sorted Smile. Jellycat are seriously lovely - don't blame you getting more than one and it helps with kids to have duplicates in case they get mislaid!

Sorry rushing cos its my lunch hour - cant remember who was asking for a JD Sports code so hope poster sees this. Just had email with 30% off and free delivery at JD sports. The code is VISA
