Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

Has anyone seen any offers for Neals Yard? X

IceCreamIceCream · 21/11/2018 17:18

Not sure if it’s already been covered here but the green and blacks chocolates are £5,50 again on amazon pantry so I finally caved.
You can add four items from a selection for free delivery but they are also applying 10£ off a £30 spend so I got 6 sets for £24. Hope it helps someone!

@CookieSwirlC I was going to recommend the same jacket as @ToastyFingers ... I've just bought her the same one for school (though in purple) as I was always cold at school when I was younger and hated playtime as a result. She had it in the last size as well and it kept her very warm in the snow and frost.

totallyLosingIt · 21/11/2018 17:43

@IceCreamIceCream "finally caved in" and bought six boxes 😂😂😂

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 21/11/2018 17:48

Any good beer advent calendars around ?

I'm thinking of doing one for DP for his 50th birthday so if anyone has any ideas as to how to customise it to make it special please pop across to this thread that I've just started

ToastyFingers · 21/11/2018 17:49

@totallyLosingit great minds think alike!

DD has the pink one and I'm considering the navy for myself as lots of reviews say the 13/14 is about a size 10 equivalent and I'm a short arse.

TheGirlWhoLived · 21/11/2018 17:53

@icecreamicecream thanks so much for that - also got the 6 boxes (mine cost £26 delivered though, sacrilege!) Hopefully they won't be too beaten and bashed and I can give them for teachers presents. If not, I have enough family to palm them off on... Four quid for a great big box is perfect

linetta1 · 21/11/2018 17:54

is there a link for the green and black chocolate, please? can't find it.

truthtopower · 21/11/2018 17:57

The G&B box is about half dark chocolate, just so you know. I opened one but not a huge fan of dark choc, which means will def be giving the other one away

TheGirlWhoLived · 21/11/2018 18:03

Just google amazon pantry and then type green and blacks tasting box, it comes up

Fluffycloudland77 · 21/11/2018 18:05

TheOnlyPink Thank you!.

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/11/2018 18:06

I'm getting TV for the DC for their rooms are fire sticks worth it?

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/11/2018 18:13

Yes @drumming I'm not overwhelmed with black Friday. It's a bit grey Friday tbh

CookieSwirlC · 21/11/2018 18:22

Thank you! I knew you guys would come through. I was looking at a sea of coats with no idea if they would be warm or not so knew I had to ask here! Will get that trespass one from Amazon. Flowers

nordicwannabe · 21/11/2018 18:33

Baby Annabell doll £30 on Amazon, which is a good price.

margaritasbythesea · 21/11/2018 18:35

I can second the Mountain Warehouse 3 in 1 coat. I have one of those for DD and a Tresspass 3 in 1 for DS. DD is very happy with hers and I can't get DS to put both layers of his together because he is too warm. It's the fist year I have bought them and I must say I am inpressed with both.

Duchessofealing · 21/11/2018 18:43

Has anyone else had their Elemis order cancelled and refunded from yesterday due to high demand? Not honouring the freebies just giving a 20% discount on next order instead which isn’t quite as good!

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 21/11/2018 18:59

Tangle teasers reduced on amazon. Great as stocking gifts.

YerAuntFanny · 21/11/2018 19:07

@lifelongfrugaleer, the Firestick is pretty good if you have Prime as there are lots of shows, movies, videos and a few basic games you can play. It also means you can watch YouTube, iPlayer and other catch up services through any TV.

My only complaint is that a lot of the prime TV content is limited so you may get series 1 of something but then have to buy series 2 onwards which can be annoying!

RemyRelax · 21/11/2018 19:08

Tesco on actual Black Friday - in store

Nintendo Switch £249

Xbox One S 1TB £159

RemyRelax · 21/11/2018 19:10

Kurt Geiger have 20% off everything

Under Armour have 30% off everything

IHeartKingThistle · 21/11/2018 19:11

Wondering about getting DD (12) something she can print photos with. What's better, an instax style camera or one of those little smartphone printers?

OhRex · 21/11/2018 19:13

DD aged 7 has asked for a birthstone necklace and anything to do with the cartoon Steven Universe.... anyone seen any bargain necklaces? I checked NOTHS but the one I specced ended up at £34 Hmm Steven Universe merch seems to be mainly US based grrrrrrr

IHeartKingThistle · 21/11/2018 19:15

Thinking about it though, she has a digital camera already but doesn't really do anything with the pics once she takes them. She does use her phone camera. So maybe the printer?
