Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

imsorryiasked ooh the jazzies look good thank you!

Questionsquestionsquestions · 19/11/2018 19:57

Although I hadn't clocked the delivery charge! Blush

GoodnightMooncup · 19/11/2018 19:58

Carbsnomarbs I have bought from superdry before and the quality is fine but the sizes are tiny so make sure you try things on

Bangwhistlepop2 · 19/11/2018 20:04

Does anybody know if the £1 radio times 6 month subscription offer can be cancelled so you don't end up paying £54 for the remaining term. I can't see anything on their website about it.

Bangwhistlepop2 · 19/11/2018 20:07

£1 Radio times offer

DeezMutts · 19/11/2018 20:11

Has anyone ever had a photo blanket made? I’m Shock at the prices - Snapfish want £60! Dd wants a blanket but the one she wants is by a YouTuber and only available in USA and it’ll be £40 to get it bought and shipped so I wrongly thought getting a photo blanket of the cat would be a cheaper yet cuter option. Anyone got any recommendations?

Sneezein3s · 19/11/2018 20:12

Omygoodness thanks for the Exploding Kittens info, been wanting it for ages! Smile

WaitWhatOh · 19/11/2018 20:18

Bagsoflove.co.uk are doing 3for2 in photo blankets right now.
Not cheap but might help!
Not had a blanket from them but all the things I have had from them have been lovely.

LokiBear · 19/11/2018 20:23

@ladyvimes - dd had a local author come into her school to do a workshop. We boughr his book because he had a dyslexua friendly version on amazon. Just a different font, I think. Anyway, she thought it was hilarious. Its called Monstacademy and is a bit like The Worst Witch

totallyLosingIt · 19/11/2018 20:37

@Bangwhistlepop2 You could always just cancel the direct debit? Or will that not do the trick... I am not too clued up on these things.

Bangwhistlepop2 · 19/11/2018 20:41

@totallyLosingIt thank you.I hope it will do the trick but I'm a bit nervous about doing it iyswim. It's such a good deal particularly as the xmas issue is £5 on it's own anyway. I wanted to pay by PayPal but RT disabled that function. I'll give it a go anyway.

FireflyGirl · 19/11/2018 20:43

I do the Radio Times offer every year, and it's easy to cancel, as long as you remember to do it. There's a subscription number on your delivery, just email or call and cancel the renewal. They've never had an issue.

I think one of the providers you could even do it online through your account, but I can't remember if it was the site I posted.

Youreadthebabybooks · 19/11/2018 20:46

Aldi ski event starts Sunday in store but a lot is available to buy online already
I have kitted my kids out for peanuts and the stuff is really good
Some stuff selling out quickly

DeezMutts · 19/11/2018 20:46

Thanks @WaitWhatOh. That’s more the price I was thinking of!

Valasca · 19/11/2018 21:00

Huge thumbs up for junior monopoly...great board game and it doesn’t take forever to play. Plus you never have to “let” the kids win as they often beat the pants off the adults they play against.

Iggi999 · 19/11/2018 21:13

I may just have bought an xbox Blush

AtSea1979 · 19/11/2018 21:17

Just bought the radio times offer. Thank you. Hope I remember to cancel!

AtSea1979 · 19/11/2018 21:18

@Sneezein3s what did I miss about the exploding kittens? Can’t find the comment

DeezMutts · 19/11/2018 21:19

Exploding Kittens is £14.99 at Amazon @AtSea1979

WoahBodyforrrm · 19/11/2018 21:20

I’m so impressed with the Bomb Costmetics Christmas sack. It’s so much bigger tree I was expecting. They seem to always have one of them available on amazon for £13ish.

Sneezein3s · 19/11/2018 21:25

@atsea1979 it’s currently £14.99 on Amazon! Saving a £5 as I haven’t seen it less than £19.99 before x

Alanamackree · 19/11/2018 21:26

Struggling to keep up. Sorry if these have been mentioned already:

lego store Black Friday offers

Smyths also have some lego offers.

Tiggles · 19/11/2018 21:28

We had a photo blanket made. It was massive and although expensive it was really good quality. I was surprised at how clear the photos were.

Unfortunately I can't remember who we got to make it in the end...
