Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

No affiliate links please.

Referral thread here

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

Anyone know why I can’t get an M&S code to work? Trying to get some kids T-shirts and pyjamas.

BestofLuck · 17/11/2018 19:46

To the poster looking for a marble run. The Habe (I think) ones look good and are wooden, but a colleague has also recommended the Galt one.

MakeTeaNotWar · 17/11/2018 19:47

@Tiggles do you have a link for those massive Dunelm cushions? Sounds great but can't see which they are on the site. Thanks!

Personwithnoname · 17/11/2018 19:50

Is there a separate thread where people put up codes? I gave my Boden one away as needed £30 min spend (wouldn't work on clearance). But would love another code with no minimum spend. Tia

DancingRoundTheKitchen · 17/11/2018 19:52

Notlongnow1 - please could I have your boden code?

loveliesbleeding1 · 17/11/2018 19:54

sweetpeapods are you typing in the dashes? It won’t work if you don’t.

DaisyChops · 17/11/2018 19:59

Thank you for the fortnite deep freeze bundle tip, I never knew about this and it will be perfect for my fortnite obsessed DS10!!! He will so believe in Santa when he gets this as he knows there is no way on earth that I would buy him this 😂

SweetPeaPods · 17/11/2018 20:07

Yep loveliesbleeding1 with dashes.

Pandasarecute · 17/11/2018 20:11

Advice welcome please! Do you think the Fitbit charge is too big for a 10 year old? I looked at the slimmer Alta but it doesn't seem to do as much?

Notlongnow1 · 17/11/2018 20:18

@DancingRoundTheKitchen have sent as a pm 👍🏻

SantasFavouriteHo · 17/11/2018 20:20

2019DIARY gets you 15% off at Papier

Andanotherhehe · 17/11/2018 20:20

I have the fitbit charge hr that my small 9 year old wears so it should be fine for a 10 year old.

For the pp asking about the brown paper, I buy mine from B&M. Ebay is good too for long wide rolls

Yeknom · 17/11/2018 20:32

I've bought brown paper in the £ shop before! Not sure how many metres is on a roll though but it's nice and thick

WhirlwindHugs · 17/11/2018 20:39

English heritage have 20% off membership, which you can buy as a gift. Cheaper option though - we traded in £33 worth of tesco vouchers for the £99 annual membership for a family and went for the first time today. Brilliant value for money, loads of different sites included.

Might be good for a 'family' gift for someone if you have points pilling up without a specific aim in mind as we did.

RJnomore1 · 17/11/2018 20:42

Just spotted this in boots Black Friday . Had to lol closely but it's actually 5 different ted baker sets for £40 - less than the 3 for 2,I think. Seems good value - happy to be corrected if I've miscalculated.

JDSTER · 17/11/2018 21:01

Personwithnoname · 17/11/2018 21:14

Eraser advent calendar £3.49 here

Jammiebammie · 17/11/2018 21:14

Thanks lovemusic and imsorry d(!)dog is fine, the vet called back and was able to calculate his weight and how much he ate, luckily he’s a big boy, I’ve to keep an eye on him and if anything changes to go straight in.

Thanks fallensky I had no idea how much the kit would have cost on the game so that’s fab, and having something to wrap is a big bonus. Its £19.99 at Argos too and I’ve got a £5 voucher when I spend £25 so I’ll find something to add to it there.

Lol daisychops I’m going for the cool auntie points!

Personwithnoname · 17/11/2018 21:24

Last day tomorrow for free personalised advent calendar from Thornton's on 02 priority.

clairec87 · 17/11/2018 21:48

Amazon have about 10 different types of large yankee candle jars down to £11.99 from £21.99 and they are the proper ones, not the home inspiration ones which are sometimes in the supermarkets. I found it on black Friday deals in the kitchen and home section x

IHeartKingThistle · 17/11/2018 22:12

@WreckTangled amazing! Thank you!

Cheesycheesytwist · 17/11/2018 22:18

Does anyone have a spare Boden code they could pm me please? I've missed them all! Thank you.

Not sure if it's been posted but Paperchase have 15% off with "Friend15"

Iggi999 · 17/11/2018 22:32

Has anyone done a “letter from Santa” thing, where you get a personalised letter in the post? My mum always did this for the dc, but she passed away this year, and I want to keep the tradition going. Actually if I could find last year’s it might give me a hint..
