Ocado slots booked!

I know it is tragic to be this excited already, but have been organised this year and secured 2 Ocado delivery slots for 21/12 and 24/12 .

I've just chucked booze in for now to reach the £90, but this means can stat planning the food with DH now. Marvellous.

Anyone else planning their food shops yet? Or am I on my own .

Did you get an invite?? I've been an ocado shopper and have a delivery pass etc but haven't seen anything about when I can book my slot :(

I can book a slot on Monday! Got an email on 27th Sept

I can’t book until 11th October ☹️

I imagine it's a regional thing, rather than prioritising customers. They'll be getting one region sorted at a time so they're not overrun on the booking site.

I got an email last week saying slots would be available on 4th and today another to say they were open. I bagged mine within 20mins of the email to get good times.
I’m East Mids area.

We have never been this organised before as DH cooks and is lastminute.com with everything-so I have staged this intervention!

We’ve not used Ocado before for Christmas (used to do battle in Waitrose in person and Tesco online). How good are they stockwise usually?
I’ve got an 8am Xmas eve slot to allow for a physical shop after if we are missing things.

What’s Ocado done? I’m so not with-it. On the other hand OP, good on you for thinking ahead! I don’t celebrate Xmas but always admire the prep that goes into it! Aren’t you a bit worried that the “coldest winter”on record will disrupt deliveries. Meant to start snowing next month
