My nearly 7 is getting a big Hotwheels track and cars.

SatsukiKusakabe · 20/12/2017 17:26

Wow, a lot of 6/7 year olds getting tech, I thought we had a couple more years before it would be such a thing.

AiryFairy1 · 20/12/2017 17:27

They (7 and nearly 5yo) are getting a Haba marble run and a Vet / doctor set (assembled by mum with help from Amazon ... a real stethoscope, BP cuff and thermometer and lots of bandages and plasters in a first aid bag)

yeeyeelovesraaraa · 20/12/2017 18:25

my 7yo DS is getting Lego & Pokemon 3ds game/trading cards.

SimultaneousEquation · 20/12/2017 18:27

Lego, books, puzzles and a new set of coloured pencils.

I realise, writing this, that I may be living in the 1960s Smile

Firenight · 20/12/2017 18:28

Stiddleficks · 20/12/2017 18:28

Karaoke machine with disco lights.

ineedamoreadultieradult · 20/12/2017 18:35

My 7 year old is getting an iPhone 5s it is not new and not on contract. I imagine I will be judged but I'm past giving a shit. He wants one, I can afford it, apart from clothes and bits and bobs like coloured crayons etc it's all he is getting.

MinesABabyGuiness · 20/12/2017 18:42

DS really wanted the cozmo robot but I couldn't justify the price sadly.

He has a kindle fire hd and a drone as his main presents.

buckbeak · 20/12/2017 18:43

Mine is getting a bike, he desperately needed a new one. He also wanted a easel, but it's not getting delivered until after Christmas Sad

PavlovaPlease · 20/12/2017 18:44

Tv for his bedroom, iPad, laptop, iPhone and 500 cash. Feel the twitch so will see what is on offer at Argos tomorrow too.

SatsukiKusakabe · 20/12/2017 18:53

No one is judging - I’m just interested in what others are getting in the same age range Smile

GreyFluffball · 20/12/2017 18:56

Electric keyboard. With headphones!

FaultySpice · 20/12/2017 19:00

A telescope and a SNES

Wishingandwaiting · 20/12/2017 19:00

Inline roller skates
A large remote control playmobil crane
8 goosebump books
John Adams hot wire electronic circuits
Kindle fire

RatOnnaStick · 20/12/2017 19:01

Gosh. My 7 year old is getting train track, Lego racers, hexbugs and a few other smaller bits. Its all still smaller boy stuff here.

Gammeldragz · 20/12/2017 19:04

DD is getting a CD player and CDs as her main present. Also a Spirograph, two books and an outfit.

Gammeldragz · 20/12/2017 19:05

Believeitornot · 20/12/2017 19:05

A Nintendo switch to share with dd who’s 6. And me and DH 🤣

ihearttc · 20/12/2017 19:05

DS2 is getting an Anki Overdrive and a Playmobil Police Station.

BrieAndChilli · 20/12/2017 19:13

DS2 age 7 is getting a big Lego set as his main present. He then has 3 smaller presents - a smaller Lego set, a Pokemon guess game and nocto the bat (reduced from £50 to £13)

DD who is 9 is getting a folding gymnastics beam, sylvanian families set, Jojo bow maker and a fimo craft set.

FJCE83 · 20/12/2017 19:17

Nearly 7yr old DS is getting a new bike, he also wanted a new stunt scooter which one set of grandparents is getting.

AtlanticWaves · 20/12/2017 19:19

6 year old DS is getting a table football thing which is the only thing he's asked for and I've convinced him it's too big and he won't get it.

From GPS he's getting the brio train garage and a nerf gun.

I refuse point blank to buy him any tech. He gets to play games a bit with DH's phone at the weekend and that is more than enough. I don't want him having his own console or whatever.
