@wheresthecoffee my DS loved his wow toys when he was 2 and still loves playing with them now. They are sturdy and don’t require batteries. Also if you pop into Aldi they have discounted sets of them for £18 www.wowtoys.com

Thank you those who replied about earphones. I liked the ones that Gosh linked to on Amazon but it seems that all functions might not work with all Android phones, just Samsung.

Up until now I thought all earphones would be compatible with all phones. You live and learn (thankfully before buying the wrong ones!)
