Can anyone recommend a rotisserie?
Dh has asked for one as he wants to cook while chickens in it.

I did the same with the Echo Dots. Meant to buy 2 for DC, dithered and then the price went back up.

Argos are giving a £5/£10 voucher when you spend over £50/£100, so add on a carrier bag and it will bring the price down to £45. Ends on 5/12 and you have to spend the voucher by 2/1.

I haven't found any better deals than that.

Retro games is difficult - being how he's forrin he didn't have the same games as here. DD is probably a bit young to play too, she is only one.

This is going to sound awful but I don't think he's got anyone to go to a festival with. (apart from me) His three closest friends have all relocated overseas in the last year and sadly it's other side of the world so can't even get them over for a weekend.
He ias getting a box of jellybabies from DD, but apart from that he doesn't really eat chocolate or sweets, which is why he's got 2X crates of 10 craft ales.

mrsdidly the micro sprite ones are good but bloomin expensive. I think I'm going to get a decathlon one for DS, their stuff is usually decent quality and I had a quick look instore in France last summer, they looked ok.

Apologies if someone else has already said, but I also had the email from Body Shop saying my items were about to be picked, however I'd previously had one saying it would be delivered Saturday...I have just collected the parcel from my neighbour over the road as it was delivered earlier today, so I think the 'just being picked' email may have been sent out to lots of people in error.

I wasn't aware till a couple of months ago that now cards have contactless you can't use them online or contactless until you have activated it using the full pin. My new pin hadn't arrived so I went and got some shopping in Morrison's using contactless and was left red faced when it wouldn't work.

TK Maxx had Ciate calendars down to 21 pounds instead of 29. I have bought them before and they are lovely mini nail polishes and good coverage they also keep well so you could stock up for a teen for next year. They also had all their other calendars reduced too.

I was quite lucky that our waitrose had loads of chocs left, got a few for presents :)

Oh! Yes! I just read the "your card is ready to use" and thought, silly me, it was "ready to use".

(I've already had to wait a month since my last one expired as the first replacement got lost in the post!)

So I have to go and register it on the website then I guess. Humph.

Now I've spotted the number on the card is different to the number the account says is on the card.

Tesco has champagne on offer - 25% off 6+ bottles. Both Tattinger and Moët & Chandon are £27 before the discount. Lanson is £22 before the discount. Definitely a good buy - people are stocking up since there weren’t 6 left of anything at my local Tesco’s.

I have to confess that my rage earlier was misplaced and I have achieved an even bigger bargain by going into an actual RL Body Shop store!

I was able to get the 40% off which was the same offer as last weekend (they also have a £25 off £50 spend which might work or better depending on what you're buying) and I also got double points on my points card AND a free gift which was a gift pack of mini body butters. It's this one which according to the website is worth £30! It was free with any spend over £30

Oh stopped by waitrose at 5pm for some beer and said the chocolate aisle had been ransacked and was empty.

In addition to DS being ill (has now started vomiting) DD has an ear infection, her third in 5 weeks. It's only 5 days since she finished a course of antibiotics for the last infection that was in both ears. Poor baby. So I think my Xmas shopping in RL plans for this weekend will have to be shelved.

Whyam I give up on your dp's gifts HMV voucher!! Or red letter day type experience gift voucher. I went to waitrose at 5 and they had a fair amount of chocs, but lindor was random flavours - I got hazelnut, dark choc (dp loves dark choc so that's fine) and a large mixed box. I had one of those £8 off a £40 spend vouchers they keep sending to entice me in and it works without fail
