Any suggestions for a nephew who has just bought his first flat with his GF? Was thinking a set of tools but that seems quite practical boring Am i missing something obvious?

TellMeItsNotTrue · 24/11/2017 20:05

Youcantscaremeihavechildren · 24/11/2017 20:18

Frugi have a sausage dog skater skirt and hoody dress if any good? Not hugely bargainous but 25% off at the mo www.welovefrugi.com/m/kids_clothes/girls_2-10_years/dresses_skirts/+8-9_years

endoftheworldasweknowit · 24/11/2017 20:42

code kingdoms (a learnt how to code through making minecraft mods, you get your own server to build in, my DS8 loves it but I think an older child would get more out of it!) has bargainous deals on their subscriptions tonight (but maybe it's just relative to how expensive the normal one is!)

OhOurBilly · 24/11/2017 21:01

25% off funky giraffe bibs with code BF17.

PinkPanther27 · 24/11/2017 21:05

Any bargainous deals on a magimix cream processor? Or any discount codes to bring the price down please? I have a cheaper processor already but I want to make my own nut butters.

OhOurBilly · 24/11/2017 21:05

Boohoo has up to 50% off and free delivery but only valid until 12pm tonight.

Although with boohoo, if you're registered and have items in your basket but don't check them out within 36 hours or so they usually send you a 'abandoned basket' 15% off code. They send quite a few money off things via email too.

captainflash · 24/11/2017 21:08

rainybooooo you absolute legend for posting that British Gas reward. Flowers

I (well the kids) got STBXH an Echo
Dot for his birthday this week and he’d asked for some Smart lights for Christmas. I really resent spending anything on him- let alone over £60 for an active lights kit!!!
But, hey ho, I got these for free and now I look like the gracious ex Grin

Penguinbeaver · 24/11/2017 21:14

Argh. I need a secret Santa gift for a Doctor Who fan. £10. I have no idea and hate secret Santa as I’m always the one sat there opening a 3for2 generic smellies type and trying to look grateful and happy

Rainyboooooo · 24/11/2017 21:14

@captainflash as I also have an exH who I hate spending my money on for presents, but do so to be gracious for the sake of DDs, I feel like I’ve done some good in the world tonight Grin

captainflash · 24/11/2017 21:20

rainyboooooo you really really have.
I know how important it is to do these things for the children and I am properly giddy happy with finding exactly what he wanted (cheeky fucker that he is asking for something so expensive) and I haven’t spent a bean!!! Grin Grin

HoneyDragon · 24/11/2017 21:23

I got my Dad the Johnnie Blue Label from Amazon BF deals. £98, but the supermarkets and offies are selling it for £189, and it’s a significant birthday so I’m happy with that price. I waited till today to buy it.

LibertineLola · 24/11/2017 21:29

@rainybooooo thanks so much for that, I’ve got the echo for dh and dot for ds but was Shock at the bulb prices Flowers

Pigleychez · 24/11/2017 21:33

endoftheworldasweknowit- We just signed up for that today too. DD9 is minecraft obsessed and she already codes in Scratch so should love it.

Downhillatfifty · 24/11/2017 21:35

PM me Betsy86 if you can’t get the gingerbread toys in any other way. I’ve had a despatch for my order so they are on their way but I am not desperate for them , I just liked them.
If you need them for your DD I could send them to you.

RJnomore1 · 24/11/2017 21:46

I've gone a little bit ott on the sales this week.

Glossybox - get the November one for £5 plus £3.25 delivery, half price, with code GLOSSY50

It would be a nice present for a teen or sil/friend who likes trying new makeup and other products.

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 24/11/2017 21:46

liverbird that’s gorgeous!! Thank you !

Olecranon · 24/11/2017 21:48

Thank you rainyboo. I have just claimed the hive bulb set too.

Uptheduffy · 24/11/2017 22:10

I was about to buy a drone on a lightening deal earlier, and realised it was giving Dec 22nd as the final delivery date - that’s a bit too nail-bitingly close!

RosieBdy · 24/11/2017 22:10

I can’t get the hive set Sad. I’ve tried twice now, but it’s not there.... (sulking now!)

Lurleene · 24/11/2017 22:12

@Penguinbeaver - how about this Doctor Who Trivial Pursuit set? I have linked to Amazon but it is available in lots of other places too.

Rainyboooooo · 24/11/2017 22:12

Not in the rewards Rosie? Perhaps they have all gone 🙁

cookiefiend · 24/11/2017 22:13

Well Black Friday was a total bust. Saw no deals on anything I wanted and saw the crown bluray which I got a 'bargain' on last week at £22 down to £15.

So I have gotten on with buying things I had hoped to find a bargain on. I was looking for an aeropress. They are about £24ish.

If you sign up with pact- there doesn't seem to be a minimum sunscription period- you can get one for £14. The coffee is £6.95 so £20.95 delivered. Here is the link. I assume you can't use it with any other deals. pact

(This isn't a referral link)

SurvivalOfTheUnfittest · 24/11/2017 22:15

Bat ear I buy for late DH's 20 something cousins and last year I did them and their girlfriends a movie night in a box which went down well - film, popcorn, chocolate and crisps.
