Exploding kittens is great fun.

Played it with 2 of my daughter's friends (all 10yo) last weekend and they both enjoyed it and said they wanted to ask for it for Christmas

Notlongnow GrinGrin I am quite prudish I don't know where I even heard of this website it's the only one of its kind I have been on! But I liked the fact there are good reviews and discreet packaging. It will certainly be a break from the normal stuff for us Wink just have to make sure it's not put with the normal gifts Grin. A forgotten oh, dh what's this must be dc gift forgot to put out hidden under bed Grin

Notlongnow1 · 18/11/2017 08:52

@Novemberblues Haha! Yes my purchases may need to be a little extra stocking! Or maybe DH's Christmas Eve box... 😉

Jenni2legs · 18/11/2017 09:07

The ASOS advent calendar looks bomb. If anyone has an ASOS code or sees it price drop mid-december, please think of me...x

Off topic a bit, but does anyone have any ideas for what I could put in my advent calendar? We've done homemade ones this year (using a kit from hobbycraft). I've wanted to do this for ages, and the dc loved making thrm...But now I'm not sure what to put in them! I've got a variety of little chocolates, but apart from one of those each day, what else? Pockets are quite big, but I don't want to spend a fortune and buy loads of little toys they don't need.

I read on here about people putting activities in and I think that's a lovely idea. So I might put a note in for activities we've planned i.e. Panto, visit to santa, perhaps making Christmas decorations etc?

So any suggestions for what Christmas crafts we could do and where I could buy cheap activities? 24 suddenly seems rather a lot!

fedup2017 · 18/11/2017 09:21
