Delurking to ask why I can’t get the l’occitane codes to work?

I’ve put a soap in, put the ANNALOVE code, which adds free delivery but it also says ‘You have exceeded the 1 free gift/offer per order quota‘ underneath. I can add the XDUO code too but when I go to the checkout page it tries to charge me £3.95 for delivery?!

Dragon I don’t have an answer for you but I did what you have done this morning (in the same order) and it worked.
