I don't know if I love this Christmas topic or hate it. I have bought Woolover jumpers , Gallium, Japanese snacks and Magic 8 ball . And I was in AIBU that shopping in November was stupid....!

mammyaroundmadness · 15/11/2017 18:43

Thank you so much for Woolsovers tip that's my Granda and Fil sorted

Reastie · 15/11/2017 18:55

I have a real challenge for you! I'm looking for prizes at dds school fair (suitable for any age including teens/adults). Need to buy heaps of them so can buy multiples if cheaper but not enough time to get anything shipped from china. Looking to spend no more than £1 each and needs to be as decent as possible. Other than raiding Poundland does anyone have any ideas?

werewolfhowls · 15/11/2017 19:15

I have a Boden code if anyone wants, please pm me

CakeNinja · 15/11/2017 19:19

Omg, the cheese toastie subscription means my sister is sorted - have bought her something from me and was actually looking for a cheese related present from the dc! I was going to order her a box from Pong but this looks like so much more fun, Thanks so much Wine

PunkAssMoFo · 15/11/2017 19:30

I have 20% off at Charles tyrwhitt if anyone needs to buy any shirts etc.

mayathebee · 15/11/2017 19:33

Thanks Prizepudding, that's very kind but the doll is fine. I've managed to rip the dress that came with Snow White.

Thanks Letty7 and santaisforlife, I'll check out eBay.

traviata · 15/11/2017 19:35

reastie have a look at Baker Ross.

to Iheartkingthistle has your DD seen infographic books such as information is beautiful?

PunkAssMoFo · 15/11/2017 19:43

traviata good shout re Baker Ross. Reastie I have 15% off code if you spend over £25 if you’d like it.

Also, another desperate, shameless plea for a Boden code since I keep missing them pretty please. ( why do I NEVER get sent them from Boden?)

OhHolyFuck · 15/11/2017 19:48

If anyone sees an asos code, will you give me a shout? Pretty please!

asuwere · 15/11/2017 19:49

TobleroneBoo can I ask how you got the 4 jumpers for £16? I've got 4 jumpers at £20, have put in code for 20% off but it says "Sorry this voucher code can't be used with existing site promotions" - wanted to check if I was doing anything wrong as don't want to miss a bigger bargain Xmas Smile
Thanks for all the other bargains folks!

RenardeRenarde · 15/11/2017 19:58

I have a £5 off one-use code for Argos which ends tomorrow, it says it’s exclusive to me but does anyone want to see if they can use it? I won’t be buying anything from them.

Frostyleapingholly · 15/11/2017 19:59

Yes please if you still have the argos code

RenardeRenarde · 15/11/2017 20:00

Frosty I have PMd you

GingerAndTheBiscuits · 15/11/2017 20:01

The curse of starting too early. Bought 1st gen Echo via QVC in August at a bargain price of £89.99. Now the brand new one is £69 in Amazon. Grrrrrr. Bought two dots for my brothers though so not all bad. Should remember to hold out for Black Friday for tech gifts!

Reastie · 15/11/2017 20:10

Thank you for the ideas. Punk if I need the code I'll message you, thanks for the offer. Any more ideas for teens and adults if you have them would be brilliant.

Thanks traviata, we have Information is Beautiful but I think it's a bit hard for her. I'll dig it out for her and see. I don't think a young person's version exists!

I did find a cool book called 101 movies to see Before you Grow Up. Each film has it's own page with facts about it, and a space for the kid to fill in when they've watched it and give it a rating. She's seen about half the films so she'll enjoy filling all those pages in and then looking up the ones she hasn't seen. I hope!

NoWordForFluffy · 15/11/2017 20:19

I just went and did the Nectar double up. 6 bottles for £1.50 spend as I went slightly over my £40 voucher!

Frostyleapingholly · 15/11/2017 20:22

@RenardeRenarde thank you so much it worked and I will have one happy son come Christmas.

Hello all! I've been lurking since thread 1. But have now officially brought my first Christmas present for this year. Been coming each year and enjoy these threads more now than the Xmas adverts. So thank you all in advance.
As you were bargin hunters Grin

Curiousgeorgey · 15/11/2017 20:31

Is everyone paying £3.50 for delivery from woolovers for their jumpers?

LikeSilver · 15/11/2017 20:31

@Reastie the Wilko bath bombs are £1. I haven't tried them myself but have heard good reviews.

Ihopeyoudance · 15/11/2017 20:35

Spicebox10 takes an extra 10% off anything in The Spicery. It works on the preorder price curry guru box linked earlier too. Brings it down to £20.40 delivered!

FucksakeCuntingFuckingTwats · 15/11/2017 20:35

Yes Curious I did.

DillieDoily · 15/11/2017 20:36

Has anyone had any experience with Kanga trampolines? I need to buy an 8ft trampoline and the Kanga one is only £109 on Amazon with a free ladder and cover, but don’t know if it’s too cheap to be any good
