GREAT ideas, thank you!!! Budget is about £30 (big family so we agree budgets in advance) but will look at all of those ideas. Wool wonder sounds intriguing, and she would LOVE a portfolio (8 grandkids some of whom are abroad but I bet I could make it work). She’s going to Hong Kong soon to see said grandkids so will get in touch with them and see what we could do.

Thanks again everyone!!!

Dozyoldtwonk · 14/11/2017 19:12

B&M have some fab deals on Peppa Pig swag if anyone is interested. Plus lots of little stocking fillers & 89p advent calendars Shock

I picked up some of Lidl’s wooden toys yesterday; they’re selling fast and apparently once they’re gone, they’re gone. I bought a few bits last year for DD; the wooden food and puzzles were amazing quality for the price.

If anyone has a Boden voucher they aren’t going to use, I could make use of it here Grin

OrangeCactus · 14/11/2017 19:13

I bought one of the pink Fingerlings which were on amazon for pre order yesterday and now worried it’s going to be fake!

Haudyerwheesht · 14/11/2017 19:15

Smyths have LOL big surprise dolls available to pre order for click and collect.

Jedbartletforpresident · 14/11/2017 19:19

Me too Orange Confused

Casablanca78 · 14/11/2017 19:24

@OrangeCactus - if it's one of the preorder ones that's despatched and sold by Amazon then it'll be absolutely fine. It's just the 3rd party sellers to be wary of

Dancer123456 · 14/11/2017 19:24

Macnab - Tesco were doing a £25 gift card for Monsoon for £20, so effectively 20% off - I'm not sure if they are still doing it though.

RupertsMum2 · 14/11/2017 19:36

Dozyoldtwonk I have a Boden £10 off £30 if that's any good. I didn't expect it and have used a code from another Mumsnetter already so won't need it. I will PM you.

bluesky · 14/11/2017 19:44

www.truffleshuffle.co.uk has got a further 20% off their sale items, just until 23:59 TONIGHT

There are some great t-shirts

code: GOTTAGO

Dancer123456 · 14/11/2017 19:45

i have some M&S 20% off voucher codes - they are valid between 16-20 November.

PM me if you would like one.

RupertsMum2 · 14/11/2017 19:49

Whilst I'm on a roll! The Lego club have sent me a £10 off £50 code (says it's a personal code but I doubt it) if it's any use to anyone. It's KV3SU9DH9F

beccarooney · 14/11/2017 19:50

Hi everyone,
Just checking in to ask (urgently) if anyone has bought any games from www.dvd-vine.com/ - they seem to have some bargainous prices, but are the games all new etc? Any feedback gratefully received. Thanks :)

Sassylowe · 14/11/2017 19:53

I have just seen that Smyths have the LOL Big Surprise available for pre-order.

BeaLola · 14/11/2017 19:57

Has anyone got/seen a discount code for Not On The High Street ?

Also - bit random but in RL shopping whilst on way back from London via Westfield Stratford Primark had lots of Harry Potter bits & pieces - duvet covers, 2/3 types of slippers, mugs, cotton bags emblazoned with Gryfindor or Slytherin logo, sweatshirts, Dressing Gowns and a cute satchel. All was placed in several different locations around store but if you were going there anyway would be worth a look.

mamma1mia · 14/11/2017 20:03

Can anyone recommended a bunk bed that would fit the our generations dolls? My DD has asked for the OG one in the Smyths toys catalogue but it is out of stock. Thanks

Letty7 · 14/11/2017 20:06

Thanks for the boden code theftbyfinding, i will hopefully get my order done tonight once DS has fallen asleep.

The disney store 24% off ends at midnight for anyone like myself who is still dithering about ordering.

ShoppingBasket · 14/11/2017 20:14

Pikachu onesies in primark at moment but didn't check sizes.

Igottastartthinkingbee · 14/11/2017 20:14

mammia chad valley do a dolls bunk bed, argos sell it. No idea if it's the right size though.

Dozyoldtwonk · 14/11/2017 20:15

Thank you so much Rupertsmum2 Grin

Loving this thread; my purse is not Blush

Jedbartletforpresident · 14/11/2017 20:17

I'm not 100% on the size comparisons but Toys R Us have a Journey Girls room set with a cabin bed with desk beneath it. I'm pretty sure the sizes are comparable as they are both 18" dolls and the only real difference would be in width of body parts. My DD had one and it was fine - a little flimsy but ok as long as it's not treated badly. (Ours was bought in the US as with all our Journey Girls dolls and accessories but I'm assuming the items are the same over here)

Dancer123456 · 14/11/2017 20:19

I've just had an email from Clintons - they are offering 20% off everything from 16-17 November with code FF20RWQ.

Dancer123456 · 14/11/2017 20:21

Oh and Swoon are offering money off with the following codes (may have mentioned this already!)

£50 off £400 spend - BF50

£100 off £700 spend with BF100

£200 off £1,000 spend with BF200

Until midnight on 27th November

luckiestgirl · 14/11/2017 20:24

Dubious

This is my fake fingerling from Amazon.
It looks exactly the same, except it says 'finger monkey' in the corner instead of 'fingerling' and I've no idea if it has the same interactive play features (I haven't opened it)
I'm still going to gift it and hope my niece doesn't notice it's fake

I got a refund really easily, and didn't have to send it back.

Thisoneorthatone · 14/11/2017 20:31

Macnab Ocado just flagged up a Monsoon Children's code for 10% off AUTUMN10 online only but I don't know if it works or how good that is.

macnab · 14/11/2017 20:34

Thankyou all for the possible Monsoon discounts, but my mum beat me to it and bought the dress for DD so I don't have to. Getting into the spirit of Christmas already Xmas Smile
