@Mary1935 For the "Fingerlings" on eBay and Amazon that I looked at (not all products and sellers!) there was a sentence somewhere that said they weren't Fingerlings. But the reviews of them seem great, so maybe good copies?

imsorryiasked · 12/11/2017 16:04

@Llamacorn how about a pack of Top Trumps each - loads of different ones on Amazon.
Our maybe an Amazon/Playstore voucher each?

KatrinaSunRay · 12/11/2017 16:06

Hoping for a Decathlon code or super deal somewhere on kids' bikes if anyone has one please?

chicaguapa · 12/11/2017 16:10

@trickofthetail1 Thanks for the suggestion. I ended up getting a small bottle of Prosecco from Ocado for £2.99. It goes really well with the other gift which is Gold Shimmer For Prosecco. DH suggested it which was quite obvious when I thought about it. Though that will probably be his sole contribution to this year's Christmas shopping. Grin

What can we buy FIL oh wise bargain hunters?

He is retired, mostly deaf, has an allotment and sings in choirs. He is loud (due to being deaf), rude and sexist. Neither I nor dh is getting on well with him at the moment.

His lovely, lovely long suffering partner is getting rose bushes named for her parents.

ILovePandas · 12/11/2017 16:16

@KatrinaSunRay thanks for the OS personalised map link - ordered one for my Dad - perfect Smile

Llamacorn · 12/11/2017 16:16

Thanks for the ideas everyone! Unfortunately I really don't know them at all so not sure I could get pants, I think I'll go Pokemon/match attack or the top trumps - thanks again!

redtulip12 · 12/11/2017 16:25

Llamacorn · 12/11/2017 16:26

Just had a look on the works and they have a lot of science and activity sets reduced and in 2 for £10.
Would the ones in my pic be ok for the 9&12 yo boys? I'm so out of touch ha.

Grin taffeta.
I have been googling to see if I can find something passive aggressive but I fear a mug with "misogynist tears" on it might be a little too obvious.

Llamacorn · 12/11/2017 16:43

Has anyone been looking for exploding kittens card game?

Batbear · 12/11/2017 17:05

@Llamacorn I was considering exploding kittens.

DubiousCredentials · 12/11/2017 17:09

Llamecorn well my ds wouldn’t really like the science set, but obv some would. I was also thinking a Minecraft annual maybe, or Match or Star Wars? They’re two for £7 in some places. The new David Walliams is £6, plus there’s a new Wimpy Kid book out if you think they might be readers. Might be slightly over £5 though.

Taffeta · 12/11/2017 17:11

I’m pondering Exploding Kittens or Obama Llama....

BWatchWatcher · 12/11/2017 17:14

There was someone looking for Benefit stuff?
You can get 'corrector's kit' for £20 down from 56 through O2 priority.
Feel free to have my code O2BF17-1ANA

Uptheduffy · 12/11/2017 17:20

New wimpy kid book is £5 in sainsburys

eyebrowsonfleek · 12/11/2017 17:22

Exploding Kittens is a favourite here. Not too long and I love the illustrations:)

RJnomore1 · 12/11/2017 17:28

Thanks for the wimpy kid info. Was looking at it at £6.50 in Waterstones earlier.

UPtheduffy · 12/11/2017 17:33

@ThePhoenixBird I ordered collect from Argos but did the “fast track” prepay stuff and could put a code in there.
