Does anyone know if any department stores or online retailers are going to be doing any discount days or events soon? I’m considering waiting till Black Friday, but if the one I want to get sells out quick, I’m worried that it won’t be in stock or arrive before Christmas!

AlwaysOld I got the book in hardback because I know it will be a treasured book and I wanted to make sure it stayed in good condition and find hardbacks are better for this. For me it was the right choice, though the question is would it be worth £6 to you for that reason?

I didn't pay for the scent because I wasn't sure how long it would last and there was a few months before Xmas, someone on here did and was disappointed because it was a really strong sweetly sick smell, they were going to air it out a bit before Xmas

For Jo Malone fans, Aldi had in the rip offs copies yesterday near me. They had 3 fragrances- Lime, basil & mandarin, Blackberry bay and Pomegranate. They were quite pretty- white candle in a clear jar with a silver lid, with a white label saying no. 1, 2 or 3. At £3.99 each they're a whole lot cheaper than the real thing!

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!! Got an email from Entertainer saying finglerings can be pre-ordered (my amazon one just sends a daily email saying been delayed), dropped what i was doing (sorry work!), logged on to personal laptop and quickly selected the fingerling - all withint 5 minutes of initial email alert...

...and now i've been sitting for over 40 minutes with the entertainer webite keep on crashing when i go to payment. My fingerling is still in my basket but it won't allow me to buy it :(..

I am inordinately upset by this....
