Decent man's dressing gown

I'm after a dark grey or navy towelling one to replace ratty old white one that DH loves.
Does anyone have any ideas of where to look for one?
Budget up to £100
Detest fleece, tartan or smoking jacket styles.
M&S have a decent David Gandy Autograph one but it's a horrible blue and has idiotic white piping.

This thread is old now so some of the suggestions may be outdated, but we’ve recently refreshed our best men’s dressing gown page with loads of high-quality Mumsnetter-approved options, including towelling robes. We hope you find it useful.

I saw some decent dressing gowns in Debenhams the other day, as need to get dh one for xmas.

They didn't have any decent men though Grin

My decent man has two - one from M&S and the other from TK Max.

Got my son a charcoal grey one with tan furry/ fleecy lining recently, it was 45 quid in M and S. He rarely takes it off.

(the outside material is quite smooth)

Epic fail on the emothingy!
I'll look in Debs and TK.

I bought DH this about five years ago.

It is much thicker and better quality than my White Co one. DH is 6'3, I think i went for the XL and the length / sleeve length is great, longest he has ever had.

I might ask for one for me this year because my white co one, bought as the same time as this one, is looking a bit tired.

Have you looked at British boxers ?

helenatroy · 29/10/2016 08:30

Ikea. Believe it or not. Big, snugly, real toweling and come in white or grey.

helenatroy · 29/10/2016 08:31

Best of all on 19 if you have a family card.

Ditsy4 · 29/10/2016 08:33

I bought my sons a M&S one and they lasted and washed well.

My indecent man wears one from TK Maxx... they have lots in there!

My indecent man needs one too, will check those links.

ShowMeTheElf · 04/11/2016 13:04

Presumably the indecent men prefer one which doesn't overlap at the front so they can swing free, or is very short so there's a good breeze?
Do decent men prefer one with more coverage?

AdoraBell · 04/11/2016 13:17

Teenage DDs here, so my indecent man is getting a cover-it-up version whether he likes it or not Grin

Sorted Grin

Have ordered the one from your link FormerlyCatherine
