I have to buy from everyone. I'm all out of ideas.

OP posts:
MummyTheTramEngine · 26/10/2016 06:51

Octonauts stuff
Imaginext stuff
Personalised Thomas the tank book
Craft centre ( he adores junk modelling so we're redoing one of the kitchen cupboards and filling it wit junk modelling stuff, different kinds of tape, paints etc)
New lunch box

MummyTheTramEngine · 26/10/2016 06:52

He also asked for Trashwheels and play doh digging rigs stuff.

ipswichwitch · 26/10/2016 06:59

Imaginext Batman stuff, playmobil, Lego and a kindle.

Mol1628 · 26/10/2016 07:01

Islabike
Julia Donaldson book set
Clock for his bedroom (he's learning to tell the time)

user1471461436 · 26/10/2016 07:01

Mummythetramengine i think youve stolen my christmas shopping! I got mine a huge octonauts 'gup' off amazon brand new for £19.99 half price - it was only quite recently and they are big and make sounds etc - they are mines main present! Mine are arctic explorer ones but they had others

user1471461436 · 26/10/2016 07:04

I am getting mine exactly what mummythetranengine is but a bit of paw patrol too. As a family we are all chipping in for a balance bike too but mainly paid for by grandparents because he refuses to peddle his proper bike

Jenijena · 26/10/2016 07:04

Lego.
Lego.
Lego...

(Spot a theme? And it doesn't take up loads of space!). He got a small magformers kit for his birthday and is also dinosaur mad, so I imagine they will inspire any other presents...

HolaWeenie · 26/10/2016 07:08

A table top football and pool table, an arsenal kit (from china, fraction of the price) new football boots, hullabaloo and some crafty bits.

stillwantrachelshair · 26/10/2016 07:11

A massive box of Lego classic bricks as he has just got into "proper" lego.
Some more hex bug bits (I'd never heard of them but he had some for his birthday & loved them)
Some playmobil fire accessories (has the fire station etc)
A new doll
He started reception in September and if his obsession with re-enacting the entire school day continues, maybe some school based bits.
More play doh.
More hama beads.

Igottastartthinkingbee · 26/10/2016 07:15

That sounds like my DS still he plays teachers a lot since starting school, not sure what I could get to help reenact his day though. He manages pretty well with crayons and bossing everyone around!

Otherwise, he's getting the happyland space rocket. I keep seeing loads of other stuff just can't decide what to get.

Brannovice · 26/10/2016 07:51

Paw Patrol figures and vehicles
Paw Patrol lookout playset - despite terrible reviews and the extortionate price tag, it's been the top of his list for a while. I did manage to get it from Amazon during the brief moment it was selling for £30.
Paw Patrol board game
Thomas activity book
Picture book
Some knight figures for his wooden castle
Pyjamas
Playmobil car
Lego

twirlypoo · 26/10/2016 07:55

Hatchimal
Playdoh
Books
Pokemon 'stuff'
Grossery gang 'stuff'
fungus amungus stuff - a yuck truck is top of his list

mmgirish · 26/10/2016 08:00

Lego juniors set
Marble run
Books
Small things in his stocking

I feel very restrained this year BUT we are coming home for Christmas for the first time in years (live in Asia) so I know that I will be hugely tempted to buy more when we arrive! The toys here are at least twice as expensive as they are at home so it's easier to hold back.

Luciferbox · 26/10/2016 08:11

Imaginext batman stuff, Lego and a kiddizoom camera.

NeverNic · 26/10/2016 08:54

Playmobil. Probably the fire set. Looking at the Meccano type toys too.

Kez437 · 26/10/2016 08:58

HolaWeenie where do you get football boots for your 4 year old? I've been looking for ages but can't seem to find any! Would make an ideal addition to his Christmas presents Smile

Sunbeam18 · 26/10/2016 09:01

Marking place for ideas! Thinking about a marble run too

MrsMoggy · 26/10/2016 09:16

On my 4 year olds list:

Playmobil water park
Bunchems
Blaze monster dome
Paw patrol air patroller
Microphone stand and toy guitar
Kiddizoom camera
Tape measure- randomly loves these
Magic tooth fairy game
Orchard toys games

Namechangenurseryconcerns · 26/10/2016 09:22

I'm struggling with mine. He doesn't really watch Tv so doesn't get ideas from adverts or like specific characters.
He's got the bat cave so I think I'll get him some 'villains' to go with that.
I was thinking of a new scooter-he's got a mini micro but he always points out those flicker ones-they look a bit crap and massive though-any experiences?

WhirlwindHugs · 26/10/2016 09:29

Mine has on his list:

Playmobil dinosaur sets
Lego marvel/star wars sets
Playdoh
Aquaplay accessories
Superhero dress up
Pillow pet
Lots of books

Sleeperandthespindle · 26/10/2016 09:38

Absolutely no idea so watching with interest. He loves Go Jetters but is happy with the crappy free toys from the magazines. Has everything crafty as he has an older sister. Not hugely into LEGO but might become so over the year. He likes the bits he has got so maybe we'll go for that (marvel stuff):

NoIsAnAnswer · 26/10/2016 09:40

Mash ups (marvel and Star Wars)
Jigsaw
Ker plunk
Marvel colouring book and pencils
Chocolate and sweets
Piggy bank
Funky slippers
Soft toy (he's partial to a bunny)
Mug and hot chocolate

Postcards to colour in as thank you notes!

Can't think of anything else from the top of my head. Need to have a mooch around Tesco/Wilkos/toys r us. His biggest love atm is marvel figures.

SpringerS · 26/10/2016 10:42

Ok this is going to seem like an enormous amount of stuff but it's what he is getting for his birthday next month and for Christmas, from us/Santa, both sets of grandparents and some of his uncles.

Imaginext;
Space ship and alien base
Hall of Justice
Hall of Doom
Power Rangers Megazord
T-rex and Apatosaurus
Ocean Explorer boat
Superman and Lex Luthor Robots

Playskool Heroes
Selection of Star Wars figures and vehicles/playsets (Hoth theme)
Rescue Bots

Hot Wheels Split Speeders set
LeapTv and games
Teen Titans Go figures (for his TT birthday cake but the figures can be played with after)
Paw Patrol figures
Kidizoom camera
Star Wars dress up outfit
Rocket and Groot teddies
Uggly Puppy puppet
A selection of superhero/Star Wars books

CarrotVan · 26/10/2016 11:21

Octonauts Gup I (£14.99 in Home Bargains!)

Playmobil Police Car, tactical unit and an extra fire man - he already has the big fire engine

Build your own insect house

Build your own V8 engine

Bag of Christmas books from The Book People

And various stuff for his stocking.

He's 4 in April

I know someone else is getting him a marble run

stillwantrachelshair · 26/10/2016 11:35

Igot DS has a computer key board & a small whiteboard. He has adopted a hard back book as his register & he has taken the alphabet poster up to his room so he can teach his cuddly toys phonics (the latter amuses me as he is only just learning phonics himself).
