Wheatchief how about the "lost my name" books or the dinosaur series by Tom Fletcher. Or The Jolly Christmas Postman? I loooove that book! They've also got books where Santa comes to your specific town so maybe have a look for the one that goes to your friend's town? Can also recommend Percy The Parkkeeper, particularly After The Storm or One Snowy Night.

Can you tell I love books Blush

Aperson - those candles smell lovely! I saw them in Homebase last weekend but my spoiltsport DH wouldn't let me buy them Angry

confuugled1 · 21/10/2016 16:50

The coding and robot toys that neddle mentioned earlier - Costco has got a slightly bigger set with 3 bots in for about £15 -have got it for ds but it is still in the car (need to get it inside without being spotted now!) so haven't had a chance to see what else is in it.

The Beebots robot - there's a free app for programming a beebot on dcreen aa a game rather than using them in real life which ds uses and enjoys - he had used the beebots in school. But could be worth checking out if your dc like thT sort of thing!

www.park-promotions.co.uk/acatalog/es06.html?utm_campaign=Spode+Mince+Pie+Plate+£14.90&utm_source=emailCampaign&utm_content=&utm_medium=email

Park promotions have now reduced the Spode mince pie plate to go with the cream jug they had on offer last week. It's down from £35 to £14.90

Oh and despite hush telling me my order was cancelled due to abuse of the voucher code my free tights arrived today. Seems like they don't know what they are doing!

To the pp who was after tea sets - also have wooden ones in their toy event that looked good. The Asda wooden sets are also really good and there's loads of different sets you can add to the collection , cake stand etc
