Hi all, I've been having problems with Joules and after four months of them taking the piss I've decided I need to speak with someone other than the usual customer service. I read on mumsnet (or even here?) that people go straight to CEOs and demand attention. Never done that. How do you find their email addresses and are sure that they are real? I'd rather not write the mother of all emails if then I can't send it off... Thank you!!

Don't know if it's been mentioned, but my local Poundlands have been selling everything for 90p instead of £1, had lots of Christmas bits and crafty stuff.

Thanks for the new thread reastie.

If anyone wants a lost my name referral code for 15 percent off, let me know and I will pm you.

Today- I usually get good results contacting companies publicly via their fb page or Twitter.

Salem - my four year old would love a mermaid tail, play food, anything for dressing up / pretend play. Tq toys has lots of Melissa and Doug stuff for that age group.

shash I'm going to the cake and bake show, free tickers from mse email, hopefully it will be like last year and after 11am or something you could go through in to the other one for free. They were on at same time and just divided in the middle until that time.

Is it worth trying to get to my local sainsburies at 8am on Wednesday? Or will I be disappointed and tired on my only child free day this week?

Just sent DP to my local morrisons to pick up the toy supermarket they have. It's £40. My dad's giving each DC £30 for Christmas, so I'm going to wrap it from him to the 2 yo and 1 yo. Grin

Ooops, missed the start of this new thread and was busy posting in old one. Here are my offerings for today:
The Range AquaDragons

Thomas Learning Train reduced link

And Hotel Chocolat do advent calendar - yummy!!! link

Also, Hush referrals no longer working (for me anyway). There is an error on the site and they say 'delay in processing'. I suspect they have had too many free orders go through and are looking to change the referral offer. I need to get my finger out when bagging these bargains!

The Hush referral thread has gone - methinks there's an issue!

Anyone got a dispatch email yet? I've had one from the second order I made with credit, but not the first one or the initial free order. I had three people click on my link so I ordered something after the first two quickly in case they pulled it, then again from the third one.
