Hi all, I've been having problems with Joules and after four months of them taking the piss I've decided I need to speak with someone other than the usual customer service. I read on mumsnet (or even here?) that people go straight to CEOs and demand attention. Never done that. How do you find their email addresses and are sure that they are real?
