Badders Might he enjoy an experience day thing? Something like a falconry day - sort of games of throne-y?? Then his stocking could include clues to the experience? I've had wine. My brain may be befuddled by now Wine

ReindeerPoop · 19/10/2016 21:57

Entertainer seems to have crashed Sad

gaggiagirl · 19/10/2016 22:04

I'm after some moc-ons/robust slipper socks/soft leather bootees type things for two baby boys to wear in their buggy over winter.
I don't want to spend a fortune because the babies will grow like weeds anyway.
Can anyone suggest a bargain?

ReindeerPoop · 19/10/2016 22:09

Sainsbury's Mock ons are good Gaggia and the 25% off is coming soon

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 19/10/2016 22:09

Did anyone ever get the bargain £12 barbie glam house delivery from Amazon. I'm mildly miffed as they now have it at nearly £40 but still "awaiting stock"
I bit the bullet and got in in Sainsbury's for £25 but still annoying me that they won't send why's stock they have!!

sixp · 19/10/2016 22:11

Hawkins Bazaar seems to have crashed too 😕

TwigTheWonderKid · 19/10/2016 22:16

660MAT give £6 off a £60 spend at Matalan.

gaggiagirl · 19/10/2016 22:22

Thank you reindeer excellent idea! I'll add them to the list. I'm waiting for the 25% off to buy DD winter clothes and top up on uniform and of course Halloween costumes!

verytiredmummy1 · 19/10/2016 22:57

gaggiagirl · 19/10/2016 22:57

I'll do that now holy thank you.

SitsOnFence · 19/10/2016 23:04

I'm also suffering from indecision iloveholidays. Well, on the bigger bits anyway. It's not far off November now though, so I must get a move on Shock

Thanks to whoever posted that Argos might being doing another 3 for 2 on toys next month. Can anyone remember if the Pokemon cards were included in the last 3 for 2?

confuugled1 · 19/10/2016 23:10

At Sea and for anyone else getting a phone for a young dc that doesn't want an expensive phone contract (or indeed for themselves or for a second emergency/family phone), check out Freedom Pop - it's relatively new but they use the 3 network and their basic package (200 mins calls, 200 texts, 200MgB) is free once you've paid for the SIM card and its delivery... pricing details

ZIGGY911 · 19/10/2016 23:17

Is doh Vinci stuff any good for 10 or 11 year olds

RJnomore1 · 19/10/2016 23:37

My 12 year old loves doh Vinci.

RJnomore1 · 19/10/2016 23:39

The Pokemon cards were definitely in the last Argos 3 for 2.

CandyMcJingles · 19/10/2016 23:57

Just a quick thank you to Reastie and SideOrdeeOfChios and all the other wonderful posters here. I've deregged from MN and just waiting for my account to go. These threads have been my happy place (as well as the ninja barn) and it's wonderful how we see the best of MN here, sharing ideas, helping each other out, no (well nearly no) bickering :D
You are all rather lovely.

BicycleMadeForTwo · 20/10/2016 00:08

Thanks Ness1234 just used the 20% off M&S code you posted. It's now live online, got some lovely bits in the Christmas 3 for 2.

It's OCT16A16 for anyone looking to use it. Valid now until the 24th.

bettythebuilder · 20/10/2016 00:10

I'd like to say (it may be hot toddy speaking -I have a cold and it was rather heavy on the whisky Grin ) but I've been on these threads for a few years now, and what I love most is that people are so willing to look for, research, and share ideas for presents others are looking for, be it for babies, toddlers or teens.
Heartwarming, and very much in the spirt of Christmas! Speaking of which, Morrisons have spirits such as litre of Gordons Gin for £15.

Notgoodtogo · 20/10/2016 00:20

Sorry I don't know how to tag but somebody was looking for advice on the Barbie pop up camper. I got one at Smyths toys for £60 and also got some cash back through quidco. www.smythstoys.com/uk/en-gb/search/?q=barbie%20pop%20up%20camper%20van&Trigger=ac#1&profile=UK
I got it out of the box for the first time today and it is great. It is massive compare to the size I thought it would be. I think that it will get plenty of play value. I was dubious before I ordered!

DillieDoily · 20/10/2016 00:46

Thanks for the heads up on the Imaginext Hall of Doom- just ordered them for DS and DN for £12.77 each- bargain!

Can I be cheeky and ask if anyone has a spare Boden code they can PM me? I never ever get sent them (stamps foot at Johnny B!)

LaylaTheMiddleAgedWitch · 20/10/2016 00:46

Thank you Bicycle. Was hoping to get some cards, gift wrap from there. Would it still be valid with these?

AdmiralData · 20/10/2016 01:28

I haven't read the full thread yet but my friend alerted me to an ahem rather naughty gift idea on Groupon which could be suitable for blokes ... my friend is getting one for her fiance anyway. The clone-a-Willy moulding kit for 17.99. I'll shuffle off in shame now.
