Picked up wrapping paper in Dealz today (which is Poundland in uk so I'm assuming the stock is similar). They have 3 rolls for €1.50 but I accidentally picked up the dearer one which was €1.50 a roll. Pleasantly surprised at the quality. The cheaper ones tear quite easily but this is reasonably thick. I was desperate to get Dd's Santa stash wrapped and hidden so I wasn't fussy what I was using but would happily use it on much posher presents. Unfortunately in out house Santa always gift wrap unique to them.

Penneys / Primark have a cute pink hot water bottle cover with a teeny little toy unicorn tucked into a pocket. Might suit someone with a unicorn theme.

BowiesBlueEye Tesco has a half price toy sale at the moment.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 04/10/2016 13:15

sir if your little one is set on a chocolate maker you could get some silicone moulds (cheap on ebay/amazon or poundshop), various chocolate and put in a mixing bowl with a wooden spoon and apron :) probably cost less overall that an actual kit!

Snooky17 · 04/10/2016 13:28

Those looking for PJ mask toys. I asked a family member visiting America if they would look out for some and were told they wouldn't be released until fall so I am keeping my fingers crossed there will be something on the shelves here in time for Christmas. I am guessing I will have to go real life shopping and even queue for them though if they are out later than end of this month.

StubbleTurnips · 04/10/2016 15:33

Far from bargainous, but our Lego festive train is due today / tomorrow so will let those who were looking know what it's like. DH is genuinely like a 5yo on Christmas Eve about it arriving Hmm and is working at home in case it turns up

TheUnseenAcademic · 04/10/2016 15:41

20% off Joules with code WINDY until Oct 31st (I'm not sure if it works on sale items- probably not!).

Freezingwinter · 04/10/2016 15:47
