I was just looking at advent calanders trying to find a deal to mark my place hukd says the benefit one is 10% off on the debenhams website. It's still pricey £31 ish, but I can't find it in their site. They have other benefit Christmas sets though- remember quidco or topcashback.

I did find a lovely advent calandrr for little ones to match the owl babies book which was £2.10 on Amazon- with a sticker behind each door. My DD would love it. £4.99 which is pricey for 24 stickers, but cheap for an advent calendar.

I got my play food last year on tq toys- around about this time they did 25% off and they are already cheap so I got the Melissa and Doug pizza, sandwich and cutting fruit for £21 in total, which was pretty good. Lidl do nice stuff, but it sells out really fast so you have to know you will be in there.

DD was talking about Bunchems the other day but (a) she didn't seem all that bothered and (b) I saw a complete horror story on FB about the combination of bunchems and long hair - DD has really long hair and is somewhat accident prone.... so Bunchems are definitely not happening even though they look fun

That Sugru stuff is fantastic Sellotape. My Dad will love it. The code only seems to work over a certain order value, but Amazon have the 8-packs for under £10, so I've added one to my basket. Thanks for the bunchems warning Pinkladymel DD is very sensible, but has thick, wavy below-waist-length hair. I'd dismissed them last time they came up, but was starting to waiver. With her hair being so long, it would be so easy for her to lean forward to reach something and accidentally get some caught in it.
